Disappointed with the accommodation. Wwobbly glass tables in danger of tipping over and breaking, slanting shelves which caused wine glass to smash. Kitchen poorly designed, so small you couldnt stand in front of the sink, had to stand at an angle. Limited kitchen equipment - only 2 wine glasses, no corkscrew, no draining board or teatowels. TV controls didnt work. Shower left bad smell after use, floor starting to come up and paint peeling off of tge wall. A very tired looking property. The only positive was the location of the flat - close to shops, restaurants and the metro. Would not return to this property.

The apartment was as described. Neighborhood is ideal, close to everything. Ground floor courtyard is a bonus because it was quiet and no stairs to navigate with suitcases. The apartment is a small studio. I can’t imagine cooking in the kitchen it’s that small. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We did not use sofa bed other than to sit on. Shower was good. Apartment was clean but a little worn and “grubby”. Could use a few amenities like coat hooks so you can hang outdoor coats and another mirror so there is one outside bathroom. Overall, it suited our purposes but it is not 10/10 as it’s been previously rated.

Le logement était très propre et le lit très confortable. Avec la cour intérieure, l'appartement est vraiment très calme! Assez près dune ligne de métro majeure, facilitant les déplacements. La quantité de vaisselle est assez limitée. Apportez votre ouvre bouteille de vin, car il n'y en a pas. L'arrivée a été un cauchemar. La compagnie hôte ne m'avait pas envoyé le code pour récupérer la clé. Je ne suis arrivée à joindre quelqu'un par téléphone qu'après 2 heures d'essais infructueux. De plus, une fois rendue à l'appartement, la puce pour ouvrir la porte ne fonctionnait pas. Une fois tout ceci réglé, ma mère et moi avons passé un très bon séjour.

The arrival process was terrible. We never got the code to give the person at the shop where we were supposed to recuperate the key. It took two hours trying on the phone to contact belvilla or checkmyguest for help. After a 6 hours filght to get to Paris and an hour to get our luggage, plus an other one hour plus to get to shop to get the key, having to try to get in touch with someone for two hours, was very unerving. When I finally got in touch with someone the service was good an efficient. But when getting to the appartment, I had to call again, and still could not get an answer. If ever I try to rent another appartment in the future, I will nerve do business with bellevilla. As soon as I see that belvilla handles the reservation, I WILL CANCEL THE RESERVATION RIGHT AWAY!!! The appartment itself was very correct. The bed was very big and comfortable. The space is smaller than on the pictures, but enjoyable non the less. You have to walk quite a good distance in order to get to or from the metro.

Het appartement ligt op een heel fijne plek. Het heeft een mooie binnentuin. Het is overigens best gehorig. De ruimte is klein. Niet erg als verder alles goed is maar, er lekte water vanuit de douche de kamer in met rotte planken als gevolg. De badkamer was afgebladderd. De keuken was wel heel karig bedeeld met servies e.d. wel zeep maar geen borstel en schuursponsje. De gordijnen en bank zijn nog nooit gereinigd. Bed was schoon en voldoende handdoeken. Maar alles bij elkaar was het bedrag voor 3 nachten echt teveel geld voor dit appartement. Zelfs in Parijs. Ik adviseer de eigenaar een grote make-over. Dan komen we terug, maar nu niet. De incheck verliep overigens slecht. Pas na heel lang proberen contact met verhuurder. Excuses van hun kant bleven uit. Uitchecken moest via brievenbus. Die was er niet! Moesten we sleutel elders inleveren. Hebben we maar gedaan.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist fantastisch. Ein wunderschöner Innenhof. Zentral gelegen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Nachts sehr ruhig. Aber… die Wohnung ist wirklich veraltet. Wasser tropft auf den Duschboden. Das führt auch zu Feuchtigkeit und morschen Dielen im Zimmer. Abblätternde Farbe. Sehr einfache Küche. Keine Joghurtbecher. Kein Scheuerschwamm. Und so weiter. Klein zu sein ist kein Problem, aber dann sollten genügend Haken im Badezimmer vorhanden sein. Der Senseo-Spender funktionierte nicht richtig. Immerhin gab es genügend Handtücher. Fazit: 770 € für 3 Nächte sind wirklich zu viel. Selbst für Paris. Letzter Punkt: Wir hatten einen frühen Check-in vereinbart, der sich aber als nicht möglich erwies. Wir erfuhren es erst, als wir den Schlüssel abholen wollten; so etwas kann vorkommen, aber die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war sehr schwierig und dauerte letztendlich 1,5 Stunden. Schade.
