The apartment is located on the ground floor of a stately villa consisting of three units. It has a separate entrance protected by a gate; beyond the gate is a private, well-lit balcony with adjustable outdoor awnings.

Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in a spacious hallway that provides access to all the rooms in the house. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and a spacious closet already stocked with hangers, as well as two wall-mounted shelves on either side of the bed equipped with adjustable spotlights.

The second bedroom features a French-style bed with a large nightstand illuminated by a table lamp with an adjustable arm. There is also an elegant mirror, as well as clothing racks equipped with hangers. You can store your clothes in a spacious chest of drawers.

Past the two bedrooms lies the spacious and elegant living room, furnished with a designer L-shaped sofa large enough to comfortably accommodate all guests, which can be converted into a comfortable double bed. In front of the sofa bed is a state-of-the-art Samsung 4K Smart TV placed on a wooden chest that also holds the super-fast fiber-optic modem. In addition to being very well-lit, the living room overlooks the villa’s garden.

Continuing down the hallway, you reach the bathroom, which is completely covered in elegant, specially water-repellent wallpaper. It features a very spacious glass walk-in shower, a lighted mirror, and a high-performance washing machine, as well as all the essential accessories.

Finally, the kitchen is of high quality and finish, fully equipped and complete, featuring: an LG refrigerator and freezer, a Bosch dishwasher, a powerful range hood, and a microwave, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils. From the kitchen, you can access the covered balcony through a French door; it is furnished with a small table and chairs for the warmer months and bins for recycling.

The apartment has a storage closet where you can store all your luggage or any other items during your stay.
