Prachtig buitenhuis

Wij hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in deze prachtige woning. Alles is aanwezig. Veel uitstapjes mogelijk in de omgeving, veel stadjes met historisch centrum. Wij gingen vooral naar het strand van Senigallia vanwege de open verbinding met de zee. (Vaak liggen er rotsblokken voor de kust als bescherming.)

Heerlijk rustige plek voor verblijf met gezin!

Fijne, ruime en rustige plek voor verblijf met gezin, op 10 - 15 minuten van Pesaro en Adriatische kust. Wij hebben een week lang heerlijk vertoefd in dit ruime huis, voorzien van alle gemakken. Keuken, badkamers, wifi etc: alles perfect geregeld en prettig contact met de host. Vanuit dit huis kun je alle kanten op als je Le Marche wil ontdekken, San Marino wilt bezoeken of toch de meer toeristische regio rond Rimini wilt aan doen. Wij hebben een heerlijk rustig plekje aan het strand tussen Pesaro en Fano gevonden waar we niet te midden van de drukte zaten. Fano vonden we pittoresker en aangenamer dan Pesaro (drukker). Maar beide de moeite waard. Voor ons was het de perfecte plek om een week echt weg te zijn en te genieten van de heerlijke Adriatische zee!

Soggiorno perfetto

La nostra prenotazione è stata accettata con poco anticipo. Effettuata per motivi di lavoro, mi sono spostato con la mia compagna. La signora ci ha accolto molto bene, al check in la casa era già riscaldata, molto pulita, il letto era già pronto. Molta cortesia e chiarezza fin da subito, una persona molto gentile La villetta si trova in una posizione ottimale con un paesaggio meraviglioso. Ti svegli la mattina e quel che vedi è una splendida campagna ben tenuta con tanti alberi di olivo. Per me è stato faticoso andare al lavoro perché avrei preferito restare, ma la mia compagna si è goduta tutta la casa. C' è un grande giardino recintato, un cancello carrabile con apertura automatica e posto auto all'interno della proprietà. Non manca nulla. La cucina è attrezzatissima, i bagni sono molto spaziosi e perfettamente puliti, le due camere da letto hanno il soffitto con i travi a vista. Tutta la casa è arredata bene e in modo efficiente, un bel divano comodo, una grande tv, anche in camera da letto!. Poco distante dai centri commerciali e dal mare. Merita tutto il nostro plauso, la consigliamo a tutti.

Bella e comoda.

Proprietà ben descritta nei particolari, quello che trovi quando arrivi è una casa molto curata, pulita e davvero comoda. Un giardino molto ampio e recintato dove c è possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto. Poco distante da Pesaro, ci abbiamo messo circa 10 minuti per arrivare in centro e sul lungo mare. Vicinissimi anche i centri commerciali. Come posizione direi eccellente, 14 km dalla Riviera Romagnola e 20 minuti per andare ad Urbino. La zona è molto tranquilla e gode di molta privacy. Consigliamo al 100% Grazie di tutto e torneremo a trovarvi.

Perfekt !

Das Haus in den Marken liegt wunderschön auf einem ruhigen Hügel. Das Anwesen bietet viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Umgeben von vielen Olivenbäumen ist es eine Pracht. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer ist perfekt. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Der Standort eignet sich auch sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für viele erfolgreiche Unternehmen. In ca. 10/30 Minuten erreichen Sie das Meer, die schönen Berge, die Schluchten, die Flüsse und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Danke, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Grazie noi siamo trovati molto bene. Una bella familia

Come da descrizione...WOW!!!

The house is very beautiful, personal opinion of course. Well distributed in space, a beautiful living room with separate dining area and relaxation area, a large kitchen and a small bathroom with hallway on the ground floor. A beautiful staircase that goes up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. The bathroom on the second floor has, both the bath and the shower, very useful! Impeccable cleanliness, I have turned houses and I must say that it is really clean and freshly laundered. To get to the house there is a short stretch of road with breccino and when you arrive .... A PERFORMANCE! guaranteed relaxation and a stone's throw from Pesaro. We were there for work but it's also great for the holidays. La casa è molto bella, parere personale ovviamente. Ben distribuita nello spazio, un bel soggiorno con zona pranzo e zona relax separati, un'ampia cucina e un bagnetto con disimpegno al piano terra. Una bella scala che sale al primo piano dove ci sono le due camere da letto, entrambe con il letto matrimoniale. Il bagno del secondo piano ha, sia la vasca che la doccia, molto molto utile! Pulizia impeccabile, ne Ho girate di case e devo dire che veramente è pulita e la biancheria fresca di bucato. Per arrivare alla casa c è un breve tratto di strada con breccino e quando arrivi....UNO SPETTACOLO! relax garantito e a due passi da pesaro. Noi stavamo li per lavoro ma è ottimo anche per le vacanze.
