The living room and kitchen overlook the pedestrian avenue of the main road, while the bedroom and balcony overlook the lake.
The entrance to the building is shared with the other residential units in the building.

The reserved parking space is located at the back of the building and is 100 meters from the apartment. Accessibility could be NOT guaranteed in case of heavy snowfalls; however, there are numerous free public parking lots within a one-minute walk.
