Property was not fully explained & late with replys.

We are in our late 70s. We were not told that there are 4 sets of steps to the condo & my wife uses a cane. Neighbors on the block helped us find the condo. Her next door neighbor called her daughter & I explained the situation. She told me that we would get aa refund. She sent me an email Saying that she would give us a partial refund because of bookings she lost. And because she had to pay you. We stayed at other places in the town that Were nicer & had elevators. There were many places with rooms to let. She sent me an email that I did not understand. & I replied to her & have not heard back. The following day we were sent the address for the place.

Hi Paul, you are right the flat is located at the second floor, as mentioned in the flat description, nothing different. Regarding your problem with the deambulation sorry to say that you made the booking without asking any info about the flat, neither you provided me any copy of the passport or id where I could get that you are on your late 70s. I had customers asking for additional info before booking and take their decision after understanding is the right one for them. You arrived at 7pm when the check-in time starts from 3.30 pm and informed me only at that time on the phone that one of you has deaumbulate problems. How could I know that if you do not tell me? I confirmed you straight away that I would have paid you back part of the booking except the first night which was missed already and the extra costs that the platform kept from us. I sent you an email in English (I'm Italian no English mother language) on the 23rd of May because you registered your US home phone number, so there was no other way to get in contact with you; you replied the day after saying you would got back to me on Thues the week after (yesterday 31st May) once back to US, but I didn't heard from you yet. I am happy to pay you back part of your booking as confirmed on the phone, even if the mistake was not made by me. I suggest you next time to ask if there is any elevator (which is not mentioned in my house presentation), and what is the floor where the flat is located. About nicer places where to stay in Auronzo I agree with you that there could be better once, anyway you picked up mine by checking the pictures, I didn't force you, it was again your choice. Schöne Umgebung mit Blick auf den See

In der Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war zu jeder Zeit möglich,sehr freundlich und sie ist auf jede Frage eingegangen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön,bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen.Ohne Auto ist es allerdings schwierig seine Unternehmungen zu organisieren.

Premesso che noi siamo una famiglia con poche pretese, la posizione è abbastanza buona e il condominio è tranquillo. L'appartamento però è piccolino, soprattutto il bagno. Per chi ha bambini piccoli non è agevole lavarli con la doccia presente. La televisione andrebbe cambiata perchè veramente minuscola (credo intorno i 20 pollici). In ogni caso il prezzo è onesto e l'esperienza con la proprietaria è stata buona. Per chi ama Auronzo e dintorni è un buon posto per alloggiare.

Bike & Hike vacation

Nice and clean apartment we have been using for a week. Auronzo lies in a valley which is perfect if you want to climb. There are some stores and restaurants near. We found everything we needed close to the apartment. Many interesting trails for hiking, unfortunately not so much for mountainbikers. Gravel and road cyclists will find a couple of suitable routes. At least there is one epic MTB adventure, the legendary Stoneman Dolomiti.

Nice little apartment with a large balcony

We had two wonderful weeks in Auronzo. The apartment is quite small, but has a large balcony with a view of the Three Peaks. The apartment was clean and Federica was always available. In the kitchen, however, only the essentials are available. So if you want to cook a little more elaborately, you have to get a little creative. Overall, however, we were very satisfied.

Bella soluzione con ottima vista

Casa in buona posizione a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro del paese; ottima vista dal balcone che circonda tutto l'appartamento. Pulita, cucina ben fornita anche se il forno non funziona (sostituito da un fornelletto). Parcheggio sempre disponibile. Casa non di grandi dimensioni, ma con locali ben distribuiti, adatta per una vacanza (noi eravamo in quattro con due ragazzi adolescenti).

Kleine Wohnung mit sagenhaftem Blick vom Balkon

Der mail-Kontakt, um Fragen im Vorfeld abzuklären, mit Federica war sehr gut ! Die Wohnung ist eng, der Balkon sehr groß und die Liegestühle echt toll! Leider war keine Spülmaschine vorhanden und auch keine Kaffeemachine, entgegen der Ausstattungsbeschreibung! Deshalb würde ich fast nur drei Sterne geben wollen. Aber alle waren so freundlcih, deswegen vier.

Bellissimo appartamento con una ampia terrazza ed una magnifica vista panoramica sul lago. Abbiamo soggiornato benissimo in 4 compresi due bambini che si sono divertiti moltissimo. Si trova in un condominio tranquillissimo.

carinissimo appartamento

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza!! I proprietari dell'appartamento molto gentili e disponibili, rapidi nel rispondere alle varie mail per definire i dettagli della vacanza. Appartamento tenuto molto bene e pulito, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto in perfetto ordine. Le foto rispecchiano perfettamente quanto comunicato attraverso il sito, bellissima la terrazza e stupenda la visuale che si può ammirare sia di giorno che di sera: Lago di S.Caterina e Tre Cime!! L'appartamento si trova in una comoda posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro del paese, sia percorrendo la strada principale che la ciclo-pedonale che costeggia il lago. Auronzo è una splendida cittadina che con i suoi servizi permette ad una famiglia, anche con bimbi piccoli, di svagarsi e trascorrere una piacevolissima vacanza. Numerosi sono, infatti, le zone adibite a parco-giochi e divertente è anche la visita al museo che si trova in centro. Durante le due settimane della nostra permanenza abbiamo assistito anche a diverse iniziative organizzate nelle vie del centro e nelle zone limitrofe sia di giorno che nelle ore serali. L'appartamento rispecchia pienamente le foto pubblicate sul sito. L'ubicazione, anche se un po' periferica (per noi comunque un pregio), lo rende molto tranquillo e ben servito; i servizi essenziali sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Il panorama che si vede dal balcone è veramente incantevole. Ci ha colpito molto positivamente la cordialità e gentilezza riservataci dai Proprietari sia nelle comunicazioni via mail/telefono, sia personalmente quando siamo arrivati a destinazione. L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato in ordine e pulito; lo consigliamo vivamente. Il paese di Auronzo ci è piaciuto molto; speriamo di tornarci.

L'appartamento ci ha pienamente soddisfatti. La descrizione fatta sul sito rispecchia la realtà. Abbiamo trovato l'immobile in perfetto stato e pulito. Le comunicazioni coi proprietari sono sempre state ottime e cordiali; ci ha fatto molto piacere la disponibilità e la gentilezza riscontrata il giorno di arrivo. La posizione, seppur periferica ( per noi un pregio), offre una buona tranquillità per il soggiorno e i servizi essenziali sono molto vicini. Il paese e la zona circostante ci sono piaciuti molto e questo ci fa sperare in un prossimo ritorno. Proprietari e immobile veramente da consigliare.

foto dell'appartamento reali, dal terrazzo ottima vista sul Tudaio, lago Santa Caterina e sopratutto le Tre Cime visibili anche dalla finestra della cameretta, l'appartamento poco distante dalla strada principale lo rendono tranquillo ma ben servito. In meno di un giorno sono stato contattato e ho avuto conferma della prenotazione con grande disponibilità dai proprietari e ho trovato tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno tranne la biancheria come previsto dall'inserzione. Nel caso di un ritorno vacanziero in Auronzo spero sia di nuovo disponibile per accogliermi
