So oversold. The pictures and descriptions were way over flattering. It was below average for comfort. The en-suite bed had no box spring and creaked like crazy every time you turned over in it. The area the property is in is good for getting into the center of Chester but is very sketchy, with lots of insalubrious characters hanging around. Would definitely NOT stay there again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the comfort of the bed and your overall impression of the property. We will certainly look into the issue with the en-suite bed frame. We also appreciate your comments regarding the area, although we’re sorry you felt uncomfortable during your stay. Chester is generally a popular and well-connected location for visitors travelling into the city centre. If you don’t mind sharing a little more about what specifically made you feel this way, that would be highly appreciated. Your feedback would really help us better understand your concerns and improve future guest experiences.
