This gorgeous, top-of-the-line, mid-century modern home, steps from the Indian Wells Tennis Stadium packed with luxury features!

3 bedrooms (2 king bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 full-size beds) and 2.5 baths sleep 6 comfortably and open to a 4-acre green space that can only be accessed by residents which includes a pool, BBQ, patio, and more. Please note: the pool is not heated Dec-Feb.

The great room contains a kitchen, island, dining space, fireplace, and plenty of room for relaxation- with 20-foot custom glass doors that bring the outdoors in.

Ideal location: Tennis, golf, dining, shopping & more.

Guests can access the garage which includes an electric car charger plug, the community pool, BBQ, and outdoor lounge areas.

PLEASE NOTE:
Due to a new Indian Wells short-term rental ordinance, the duration of all rental agreements shall be for a 29-day minimum/ 45 maximum of consecutive nights. These rules do not apply during the Indian Wells Paribas Open Tennis Tournament (7-night minimum).

In addition, per the Indian Wells short-term rental ordinance, we are required to distribute the "Good Neighbor Brochure" which will be sent when you make a reservation.

Gorgeous Modern Paradise in Indian Wells

We had a great stay for the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. The house is very stylish, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Craig & Heidi were wonderful hosts. Couldn't ask for a better set up for the BNP Paribas!

Desert gem

We came to Indian Wells for the Paribas tournament and we were so delighted with every aspect of this house--the proximity to "Tennis Paradise" was of course a big draw, but we found that the pool, lawn and grill were ideal for post-tennis R&R. We are excited to come back to our new favorite hideaway in the desert--it's a perfect oasis.

We just stayed at Ellyn’s home in Indian Wells, and it was a fantastic experience. We rent from VRBO on a regular basis, and I have to say that the home they offer is great! It is exactly as they describe it (if not better)! The common area with the pool and expansive grass is wonderful, and the neighbors are warm and welcoming. Any questions or help I needed were answered and responded to immediately! (This is above and beyond what I expected!!) Ellyn is exactly the kind of person you want to work with - helpful, when needed, and not at all intrusive! Thank you for making our time in Indian Wells one that we will always remember (and repeat!).

Spectacular home with pool view

Really lovely place, very modern, spacious, airy, super cool vibe. I loved the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors looking into the massive "courtyard." This is a very interesting semi-gated community layout. The home is part of a square of houses, all looking into the same "back yard," which is the shared center courtyard with grass, pool, and bike path. There is no gate guard, as all homes' front doors are open to the public street. Trader Joes is really close, as well as tons of other stores and restaurants. You'll love staying here : )

It was in a very quiet area which can be good but very few people in the 4 block square out by pool.

I do like Indian Wells but very quiet where the house is. However there was noisy 7:15 a.m. workers next door working outside building noisily on the house next door.

Beautiful house in great location!

Loved staying at this house. Ellyn was always very prompt in getting back to me in advance of our trip and check-in could not have been easier (front gate / door code). Our group of 6 adults stayed for 4 nights during weekend 1 of Coachella. The house is located on a quiet street and was beautifully decorated with a great open floor plan and awesome indoor / outdoor feel. Fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals for our group a breeze and the house is minutes from multiple markets, restaurants, and the freeway. Looking forward to renting again soon!

Beautiful, modern property in a quiet place.

We spent the weekend enjoying this beautiful property while celebrating my mother in law's 90th birthday party a few doors down in the same compound. It was so convenient! Love the upgrades and modern amenities this property has to offer and it is just steps from the swimming pool! Very comfortable and everything we needed was offered in the property!
