Thank you for sharing your positive feedback on the effective communication with us! - We want our guests to enjoy the amenities of the home and guests can rest assure that we have purchases a new television for the living room. In regards to the hair dryer in the master bedroom, it is high quality and we can confirm that there's no mold on it. - We value your feedback on the height of the bed and have purchased a step stool for guests to use in the master bedroom. We have never had any previous guests had any similar issue but we're happy to provide an alternative. - We value the condition of the home and unfortunately, we weren't aware of the leak in the room until the rain storm hit. To ensure efficiency, it is currently being repaired. - The listing and photos are accurately advertised and there is a carpet by the sink and bathroom but there's also hard stone floors by the toilet and the shower. - The wire mesh to the drain is only 2 years old and primarily used to prevent anything from falling into the drain that would cause a clog. - Cleanliness is highly important to us and we shared the feedback with the management company to ensure they are thoroughly servicing the home. We truly go above and beyond to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
