Big house in great shape with a lot of games and plenty of room for a big group. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to cook. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful stay over the Fourth of July weekend and would definitely recommend this property, especially for larger groups. The house has 7 bedrooms, giving everyone plenty of space, and the layout was perfect for our family. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. They answered all of our questions quickly and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. We were lucky to enjoy the community pool and lake, which were both great amenities. It rained all day on one of the days we were there, so instead of spending time outside, we relaxed in the hot tub. It turned out to be the perfect way to spend a rainy day.One thing to note is that campfires aren't allowed, but that's a rule of the private community, not the property or the host. The only minor suggestion I have is that the TV in the second-floor living room could be larger, as it feels a bit small for the size of the room when everyone is gathered there.Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
Linda was very responsive. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub is new and clean. We were 12 people, there was enough room for everyone! I highly recommend this rental!
We really love the house. It’s perfect for our Christmas Gathering. It has a lot of rooms which is good for big group. The host responds quickly. Everything is worth it.
The house featured a distinctive layout that set it apart, yet it boasted ample space, pristine cleanliness, and an intuitive design that made navigation a breeze.
We stayed here for a sisters’ bachelorette weekend with a group of 12, and overall had a great experience. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable for a larger group. The lake views are absolutely stunning, and we especially enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and just relaxing together. The host was also very responsive both prior to our stay and during the trip, which we really appreciated and made everything much smoother. There were a few things that detracted slightly from the overall vibe. The amount of signage throughout the house about rules and potential fines felt excessive and created a bit of unnecessary stress during what was meant to be a celebratory, laid-back weekend. Some of the responsibilities also felt a bit unusual for guests, like needing to refill the hot tub using a hose connected inside the house, and transporting trash to an off-site dump location. Additionally, with a cleaning fee in place, the level of required cleanup felt a bit high.We completely understand the need for house rules, but simplifying some of these expectations would go a long way in improving the guest experience. That said, we truly had a wonderful time, made great memories, and would still absolutely rate this property 5 stars.

Thank you for your review and so glad you enjoyed your stay.
All the rules that are posted, especially right by the door is a township rule, and needs to be there at all times while renting the home.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about that.
The trash is another thing we can’t do anything about as we are not allowed to have any trash sitting outside at any time so that is a HOA rule.
The hot tub only needs to be filled if it goes below the Jets the pump will stop running if water goes below the jets and will not heat the hot tub, and I don’t think anyone would want cold water in the hot tub.
Beautiful and quiet house. My family and I had an amazing time here. The host provides a good amount of games to keep everyone occupied as well. Pros: The location, the host with responding quickly, Entertainment available (shuffle board, pool table, foosball, ect.), quiet and peaceful. Cons: The beds are hard and very noisy, by the end of the week our backs and shoulders were stiff. The house is definitely cleaner AFTER our stay. Alot of wear and tear that could use some TLC. Overall we enjoyed everything and would 100% stay again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay.
I asked the guest what wasn’t cleaned. She said there was some coffee mugs and a griddle everything else was clean.
So it’s not fair to say the house was cleaner after they left.
We did buy mattress toppers for the beds that are on the firmer side. We also are buying some new box springs that’s what was making the beds squeaky.
