Such a great house! 6 bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The kitchen and living room were spacious and a great hangout spot. Loved the firepit and balcony spaces. Our family had the best time!!

The house was great and we had an awesome week with family. We had some minor issues during the week but they were quickly and effectively resolved to the best of the property owners ability. The house was beautiful and spacious for our family of 4 adults and 6 kids.

The hot tub was perfect, it was clean, heated and a great place to relax after a hard day of golf. Kitchen had everything you could want and need, and the bedrooms were in perfect shape, and spacious. I would recommend this property to anyone. We can't wait to go back.

Great Stay for 3 families

Loved the hot tub, loved the basement for the kids! Great warm cozy house ... super close to Big Boulder... great communication with Ava! Would return in the future!

Summer family vacation

This was our second straight summer vacation week at the Lupine property. Very spacious and clean rental and Ava was super responsive to every question. Definitely recommend for a family vacation!!

Great Location with Great Amentities

Ava was an wonderful and attentive host. She provided great detail on places to go and the house was perfect for a group get together. The location is perfect for going to the Lake and any other area in the Poconos!

The space worked out well with the 15 family members who stayed. Very sound proof building in that the younger set stayed up late at night and we "adults" upstairs slept well!The deck off of the main floor was very accommodating to the flow of the people. The hot tub worked well but the directions mentioned locking it up but we couldn't figure how. We could use a few more bath towels/wash cloths and more than one dish towels!This was our first time visit to Lake Harmony and we could have used a detailed map of the lake itself (e.g., where was the public beach location on Lake Harmony).Overall we enjoyed ourselves staying (including seeing nearly tame deer on the property and one small bear and a very large adult bear walking down the road at night).

Great Family Stay

Stayed in the Poconos for a family wedding. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. Clean, well stocked kitchen, lots of rooms and space. Great place. Fire pit and hot tub were enjoyed.

Great Mountain Getaway in Ideal Neighborhood

Another great trip to Lake Harmony! This house has everything you would want for a fun group trip. It is also tucked away in an ideal setting for exploring the woods, but close to skiing, the lake, and the town of Lake Harmony.

Great place!

Great place for our annual family ski trip. The house has everything needed for cooking including many dishes and pans. House is clean , hot tub clean. Easy check in and out. Would definitely recommend.

1st Annual family vacation

Happy Family at Timber Lodge

We had a wonderful and fun weekend at Timber Lodge! It was clean with a fully stocked kitchen! A bonus for me was that linens were provided and the beds were made!!!some of our family highlights were- talking with the deer who came each evening, the game room, fire pit, and hot tub!

Great Getaway House

This house was amazing. Great amenities with the hot tub, games, pool table, and beach passes. Very responsive to any questions. Provided basic things such as dish soap and toilet paper! Everything was great and would stay again.

Weekend friends trip

This house was the perfect place for our group of 13 to stay over the Fourth of July! The house was very clean, spacious, had plenty of kitchen utensils for use to cook, and we loved the hot tub! Communication with the host was great, she answered any questions immediately, we would definately go back to this rental!

Family Vacation

Everything was fine and clean. The kitchen was better appointed than some other places. If you have a full house bring extra toilet paper and some extra towels.
