Beautiful updated 1920's cottage with water views and two beaches available! Private deeded access to a beach just across the street from the house, and a large public beach available just two blocks away with playgrounds, a classic fish & chips restaurant, and family-friendly activities. Easy access to downtown New Haven and Yale for great places to eat, music, museums, family friendly activities, and nightlife. Warm, welcoming and safe community. House has new furniture and appliances. Enjoy the sea breeze, ocean views, and sound of the waves lapping in this quaint home with unique architecture.
Inside the house:
Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a deck with beautiful views of the sea. There is a comfortable guest bedroom room, and a pull-out couch available in the living room for extra guests. Spacious kitchen and living room, newly remodeled. Kitchen is fully furnished with dishwater, pots and pans, cookware, all new appliances. Grill on back deck in summer months. Wifi available throughout the house, air conditioning units in the two bedrooms. Driveway and plenty of street side parking available. Enjoy this lovely home!

Access to two beaches within walking distance: One beach available right across the street through deeded access way, and there is also a delightful public beach with playground and seaside restaurants just two blocks away.
New Haven and Yale accessible by bus, or ten minutes by car. Airport is ten minutes away.
Walkway with great sunset views by open river-way riparian area just one block from the house.

Why they chose this property
The house has an amazing location and a unique and beautiful environment both inside and out. The 1920's architecture creates an open, spacious and cozy environment. The seaside community is warm and welcoming, and its wonderful hearing the waves lapping nearby. It is also near Yale and downtown New Haven, which is rich in culture, food and music for fun getaways.
