The parking situation left a little to be desired (mostly because of the heavy snowfall recently I believe) but the host was very accommodating and the amenities were very cozy and clean! Had a great stay

My wife and I had a lovely long weekend at this property. It was very well kept and perfect for the two of us. Everything was updated and the entire property was very clean and outback looking over the river was beautiful. We would certainly stay there again.

This was a perfect spot, close to many amenities. The place was clean, the photos are true and the space prefect for two people. I would come back again.

Beautiful view!

The owner was responsive when we needed help. The view was breathtaking and we were offered a spot to dine right on the water. It was clean and safe and we were thrilled!

Stay at Fair Haven Heights

I had a very good stay at this property while I was in CT. The apartment was clean, cute and perfect for 1 or 2 people and had very tasteful and thoughtful decorations. The host/owner was also very helpful and kind in accommodating my slightly handicapped needs.

Great get away

Very clean, beautiful apartment with all the amenities, except washer/dryer. Private entrance on the side of the home. Very large apartment and well stocked with all the kitchen appliances and utensils. Bed very comfortable. Great location, with beautiful view overlooking the water. Host very responsive.

This spacious 3 room unit had a fully equipped kitchen, and the living room a large screen TV with more channels available than I've ever seen. There was a private entrance and the yard had a beautiful pool, sitting area, and walkway down to the river. Most of all, this unit was IMMACULATE! It was a pleasure to stay in such a clean, comfortable unit.

Cute little apartment below owners home with gorgeous scenery in the back. We did not use grill and amenities in the back because we were in for a reunion and gone a lot. Parking was a bit cumbersome and freezer was not working so much of our ice melted.

Apartment was very nice. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice shower with plenty of hot water & plush towels, off street in the driveway parking, right on the Quinnipiac River with great views from their Adirondack chairs on the lawn. FYI: we were there on a warm weekend, although the VRBO description said the unit had AC, there was none, and the owners never responded to my inquiry about it. Although the kitchen is very well equipped with pots, pans, etc, make sure you bring everything you need for beverage & food preparation; other than a salt shaker, you're on your own.

Thanksgiving

Met the owner once when we first arrived. He was pleasant. Would like to see the house number displayed better as it is a busy road and at night was hard to find. Parking is very tight but the owner was gracious and made sure we had one side of the driveway to ourselves. Apartment had a generous amount of kitchen supplies.
