This is a stunnning home

This is a lovely property, providing comfortable living space, wonderful beds, and serene views of the golf course and pine trees. Very relaxing environment and close enough to walk to beach and market. Good deck space, overlooking pool.

Great condo for family stay

Condo had nice amenities including boogie board, beach chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary items to cook meals at home. Grills worked great too. Location was nice and not far from some nice beaches. Pool was next door. First floor entry was great.

RES The lanai is massive and a nice spot to relax

Overall, this property is well-situated and big. The lanai is massive and a nice spot to relax. The carpet/furnishing are tired and perhaps not as clean as one would like for their own house, but good enough for a vacation. Both bedrooms are large, as are the bathrooms. Of note, the air conditioner is the second bedroom is exceptionally loud (think airplane propeller loud) and terrified our toddler. There is glass everywhere, so if you're traveling with small kids, you need to stay on top of them. The pool toys were a nice bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen and grilling equipment, and the unit comes with a designated parking spot.

Highly recommend

We had some minor issues when we checked in that were addresses immediately by KBM. The condo needed a couple fixes and some more kitchen supplies. James (from KBM) was great and came right away and helped us out. He also purchaseed more kitchen supplies for our unit and gave us some great travel tips for our stay in Kapalua. Krisy (KBM) was also very helpful during our stay and accommodated our last day with a late check out. Highly recommend KBM and any of the Kapalua villas, such a wonderful place.

Stayed for two weeks in January and two weeks In March appreciated management cleaning the carpet and providing new cutlery and glasses. Have asked for rates for 2021 have not heard back. Also the bathrooms could use new plumbing fixtures.

Can't Wait To Go Back!

This property was wonderful! It had 2 AC units, one for the living room, one in the bedroom, it did have a note that said there were 3 units, but we only found 2 thermostats. Either way, the condo stayed nice and cool. Check in process was super easy, we were given a door code to use and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The door code definitely gave us ease while we were there as we didn't have to worry about keys and losing them. The condo did come with a rental car which was perfect for us! The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever we needed, although it did have a note that there was an electric indoor grill, but we came to find out that this had been removed from the unit. The beds are both kings, each room is very spacious. We had 4 adults staying in our condo and we never felt cramped, there was plenty of room for all of us! There's plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. My only complaints for the unit... The vents were a little dirty and looked like they needed to be cleaned. We were also in the room with the balcony and had a landscaper on the golf course wake us up at 5am blowing leaves and mowing, while shining his lights into our room. I know this isn't the property's fault, but definitely something to be aware of, especially while on vacation! We also weren't a fan of the little TV in this room. Since the room is so big it was hard to see the TV from so far away, of course a minor issue and we only watched TV at night when going to sleep. Otherwise we loved the condo overall. We found a really neat cove to cliff jump pretty close to the condo, within walking distance, as well as a nice beach! There is also a little store down the street that has almost everything you could need which was perfect! It also had breakfast, lunch and dinner options that were made to order. We would definitely stay here again!
