Bring the whole family to this fantastic holiday home with plenty of space to spend time together. Located in the scenic Saltsjö-Boo, close to the sea, lakes, nature reserves, and more, and just a 15- to 20-minute drive from city centre Stockholm.
You’ll arrive at the house via beautifully landscaped stone paths and flower beds and climb the stairs to the “breakfast terrace.” Here you can sit in the best spot for sun (it gets hot!) from early morning until around 2:30 p.m.
Take a few more steps and enter the house through beautiful double doors. From the entryway, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower straight ahead, the kitchen and living room to the right, and the rest of the house to the left.
The kitchen is fully equipped and seats 4 people. Large, lovely double glass doors lead out to the patio at the back of the house. Here you’ll find a dining area for 8–10 people that gets sun from mid-morning until about 7:30 p.m. in the summer, as well as a large propane grill.
Continuing through the kitchen, you’ll find the living room, which is about 45 square metres with a ceiling height of over 5 metres, a large TV, and a music/surround sound system. Plenty of space for socialising.
To the left of the entryway, you’ll find the dining room with a fireplace and seating for 8–10 people in a lovely room featuring a bay window, wainscoting, and beautiful green walls.
Further into the house, you’ll find a smaller family room with two two-seater sofas, plenty of board games, and a TV. Just beyond that is a library/office.
On the upper floor of the house, you’ll find a lovely double bedroom, two children’s bedrooms, and the large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and double sink. An extra mattress can also be added to each of the children’s bedrooms.
On the lowest level of the house, you’ll find a laundry room with a sink, a washing machine, and a dryer; a cosy guest bedroom with a double bed (160 cm); and a large, airy entryway with built-in storage and plenty of space when the family is getting ready to head out on an outing.
Outside the guest room, you’ll find another lovely patio where you can enjoy a cup of coffee during the day. It gets sun almost all day long.
On the property, there is an outbuilding, half of which is furnished with a comfortable entryway and a room featuring a sofa bed and a workspace. Double-glazed doors lead out to another patio surrounded by trellises, creating a private and cosy atmosphere.
Between the main house and the guest house, there is also plenty of space to park 3–4 cars, well sheltered from the street.
Guests have access to the entire living area. The garage and storage areas are not available.
Please note that there are normally 2 dogs living in the house
