The jewel of the house is its spacious terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the mountain, perfect for outdoor meals, breakfasts with sea breeze or nights under the stars. In addition, it has a private garden and a 6x4 metre swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny days.

Comfort and functionality inside
The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (one with shower and two with bathtub), distributed to offer privacy and functionality. The independent, modern and fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary utensils. The air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, together with the heat pump heating, ensure a pleasant climate at any time of the year.

Ideal location to explore the area
Located in a quiet residential area, the house is just 1 km from the sandy beach of Alcanada and 300 metres from the picturesque rocky cove of Cala Poncet. In the surroundings you will find a golf course, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and a bus stop, which will allow you to move around easily without the need for a car.

💡 Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
A fixed charge of €19 per day for electricity consumption will be applied, to be paid at the end of the stay.
