About this property
Stunning views of Sugarbush Mountain in the heart of Vermont
An approximate 4,000 square foot house situated on 10 acres at the end of a private association road and backed up by 8,000 square miles of untouched National Forest land. Only three miles from Sugarbush ski mountain with remarkable views of the mountain. Four bedrooms comfortably sleep 9, but with three additional pull out couches, more are possible. A total of 9 rooms on three levels with 2 fireplaces and fully modern appliances make for a great vacation rental in summer (for access to mountain biking, hiking, or just relaxing), fall (for stunning views of autumn foliage in all of central Vermont), and, of course winter (for access to one of the best ski mountains in the entire Northeast).

About the host
Hosted by Corey Davis

I live in Connecticut and work in New York City. I purchased this house brand new in 2001 as a second home and my family with three kids have enjoyed it their entire life as the only owners. We use it in all 4 seasons and enjoy all that Sugarbush has to offer. I have covered the pharmaceutical industry as a sell-side equity research analyst for 20 years and enjoy my work, but love to get away to our place in Vermont as often as possible.
Why they chose this property
The location is only 4 miles from Sugarbush ski mountain and on 10 acres in a private association with only 4 other homes on the private road. The house has been extremely well maintained with two recent renovations to the master bedroom/bath and the entire first floor that contains two bedrooms and a bathroom. The views are spectacular and the residence is extremely private.
What makes this property unique
I went to nearby Middlebury College, graduated in 1991, but fell in love with the area and Vermont and hence purchased this house in 2001. Vermont is a special place and this house has everything you'll need to enjoy the wonderful outdoor activities all over the area.
