Great location and price! Very clean. Could use some experiential warmth (eg games, decorations, etc.) for apre activities. Also, Roku remote was out of batteries (fortunately you can download an app on your phone to use).

It was a nice, minimalist, spacious apartment that’s a close walk to the ski slope (7-10 minutes). It came with the essential amenities (well stocked kitchen with oven and full size fridge, water filter, pre-frozen ice trays, washer/dryer unit, elevator access and luggage cart). The host answered my messages promptly and helped us with my concerns. Overall, the place was clean but the couch and extra linens could have used more care and upkeeping. Lovely place to stay for a ski weekend. If anyone is looking for walking direction to the slopes: walk up the driveway from the hotel, up the stairs and make the first left turn past the first set of buildings (at the daycare center). Then it’s a straight walk to the beginner slope (Village Quad).

It was “fine”

The unit was clean though it smelled like smoke. It is very small, and I found the kitchen uncomfortable to use. So, we basically watched television and slept there. I would not rent it for more than two people.

Perfect location for NYE!

Location was awesome for ski in. Short walk to ski out. Had another couple stay with us on the pull out and they thought it was very comfortable. I had an issue with the ski locker, (someone took my skis out and put theirs in out locker) but the owner was very quick to resolve and provide a lock. Perfect location! Very clean, and the porch was an awesome feature. Only complaint is that the towels are very small. I could barely use it to wrap my hair. No points off though as they were still useful!

The property is just ok. It lacks warmth and charm of any kind. The furniture was fine but sparse and not a cozy place to hang out in. The TV didn't work, possibly dead remote batteries?the bedroom ceiling light was out. The location was walking distance to the slopes which is a positive. Our first night was ruined because we walked in at 7pm to an unmade bed and dirty towels on the bed. Spent too much time with vacasa reps to get it resolved to no avail. We washed the bedding ourselves at 9pm. Not fun. Spoke with 3 different reps. Only the local rep was understanding, tried to be helpful and was apologetic. If you want a simple condo to ski, this could be ok if everything is cleaned completely, and properly working. Bring your own paper towels!

Weekend at Sugarbush

This property is easy to find and access at Sugarbush Mountain. Communications with the property manager were efficient and all pertinent info regarding check in was excellent. There were, however, a couple of repeat items from previous reviews that were not addressed, decreasing our overall rating. As a positive, the condo is a lot larger than in the pictures and is stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries to use. On the flip side, there was a lot of dust on shelving and furniture, and the fridge needed another cleaning. There was only one fitted sheet for the pullout couch which did not fit, and the bedding for this was, again, found on the closet floor. We brought our own sheets so we made it work. The hallway closet would still be considered unusable due to a substantial cigarette smoke smell and the beautiful, sun-filled patio remained covered in cobwebs and was quite dirty. Overall, the condo allowed us to have a great weekend at Sugarbush as a family, but needs a bit of attention to cleanliness and housekeeping considerations. Would we stay here again? Yes, if the price reflected the absence of the above items.

Great property, lacks Management

The location is fantastic and the unit is nicely designed and put together however when it comes to being managed by a second party here are some issues I’ve identified : The sheets and pillows on the bed were dirty and had not been changed. The blankets were on the floor in the closet, again dirty. I took pictures and sent them to the management to see if housekeeping would come and change them upon arrival, they never showed up. I stripped the bed and washed the sheets and blankets. There were barely any cleaning supplies left except 2 pods for the washing machine. Very few Lysol wipes, no trash can in the bathroom, and the pull out sofa had no sheets. I used the blankets to put over the pull out mattress instead of sheets. The closet in the hallway gives out a robust smell of cigarette smoke, very potent. I don't advise to store anything there. And the coffee machine had no filters. So technically we were unable to use it. The thermostat is set at 18C, it was a very cold few days and we had a lack of blankets and covers. I hope the feedback helps improve future guest experiences. It is such a great condo, fantastic location and has a lot of potential.

Very clean and simple environment (not cluttered). Everything you need including dishwasher deter., washing machine detergent, new kitchen sponge. Pillows, bed and bedding very comfortable. Condo temperature just right for autumn. Balcony had its own spiders with big webs so we opted not to sit out. Parking space would be quite limited in a busy season. We did really like this condo. thank you

Perfectly easy

While the building itself is a bit dated, this condo itself was perfect. It was bright, clean and comfortable. Very nice updated kitchen, comfortable king size bed, comfortable pull out sofa bed. The housekeepers did a fantastic job, everything was spotless. The owner has it decorated very nicely, with coat hooks and storage available. The check in process as as easy as it could get with a door code, did not have to deal with keys. Walkable to slopes and fitness center. Highly recommend for anyone travelling alone or with a family.
