Our stay was amazing! The property has pretty much anything you could need for cooking, swimming in the pool and going to the beach! There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable, whether we were together or in our own spaces! We had a wonderful experience and would definitely rebook!

This is a wonderful place to stay and worked well for our family with 5 young children and 5 adults, one being a grandmother. The kitchen/living area/dining room (one huge room nicely laid out) opens onto an outdoor area with plenty of seating, another dining table, and the pool. It's all very spacious. Kids loved the pool and there where tons of pool toys as well as gear for the beach. We spent most days at beaches, then returned to the pool. The house is nicely outfitted and not so fancy that we had to be overly concerned about the kids. All in all, a most enjoyable stay.

This home is absolutely amazing. The kitchen, great room, and outdoor space was wonderful! It was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was amazing for the kiddos. We'd all go back in a heartbeat!

The house was perfect for our needs. Beds are comfy, kitchen was well appointed, and the pool and views were incredible. Very quiet neighborhood, and David, the concert that comes as a part of the deal, was amazing, prompt and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Great location with everything we needed!

Fantastic spot for a large family vacation! Slept 9 of us comfortably and was well equipped. Lots of space for activities and a great pool. Close to lots of things and very quiet! The house had lots of pool toys in the outdoor shed and lots of stuff to use at the beach (toys, snorkels, boogie boards, flippers, umbrella, cooler). Just over a mile walk down to Ali'i drive through the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely week in Kona. We enjoyed the coffee and tea in the patio and pool area every morning, and our 2 boys enjoyed being in the pool. It's a great location for all Kona based activities, though we traveled across the Island. I appreciated help in booking activities also. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!

We planned a family vacation for a celebration of life. Our group of 9 really enjoyed the property. Beautiful views. Ample space to relax. Very large kitchen which is well stocked with utensils. Gas grill worked well. We would recommend this property for others staying on the Big Island.

Beautiful Property and Views

This was a well appointed and well laid out house for our multi-generational family stay. The house was beautiful, clean, located centrally from all of our activities. The host (Kona Coast Vacations) communicated quickly and efficiently with any questions that popped up not just during our stay, but also leading up to our stay. They were wonderful to work with and showed their the true sense of Aloha! I can't recommend this place more.

Great Family Vacation

The listing was everything and MORE! Incredibly clean and organized property. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The landscaping was gorgeous, we were pleasantly surprised by the entry waterfall and the orange trees were perfectly ripe for breakfast oranges! The location was perfect, it felt private and secluded but was a quick 10-15 minutes from grocery stores, the fun downtown and only 20min from the airport. We had an AMAZING time. If we find ourselves in Kona again we would definitely stay again!

The house as described! The pictures are accurate and the view could not be more breathtaking! Everyone enjoyed the house and the pool was amazing. The lanai to the pool deck is a step down and not easily seen. For safety a stripe or designation should be added.
