We got a taxi from the airport, it was easy to find. I messaged the owner as we landed and he sent the details for the key safe etc straight away. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The bedrooms are a good size, with good Aircon (except the upper bedroom which had a fan). The bathrooms were clean, we did have a problem with the hot water, but it was sorted then following day. The kitchen was well equipped with pans, crockery cutlery etc, the best we have had in Italy (we have had times where there hasn't been enough crockery or a sharp knife etc). The supermarket is a few minutes away. There is also a butchers, a couple of fish shops and fruit and veg shops close by. There are 2 very good pastry shops and a deli, as well as some excellent bars and restaurants nearby. The only negative comment would be that it could do with a refresh, some bits are looking tired.

The appartment was big enough for our family of four adults and one kid. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. The owner Raffaele and our host Paolo were very nice and helpful. One evening we had a really nice home dinner with Paolo and his father Diego. The appartment was near the centre and beside a metro station.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Felt like a scam. Apartment manager said he could hook us up with transfer from the train station the first day and back to train station our last. Charged 60 when we arrived and prepaid 70 for a 6 am ride to catch an early train to our next destination. We never had the 6 am transfer show up. No one answered messages or calls and never received message from the transfer driver that he could not make it. We scrambled to get taxis at that time of morning after realizing we got screwed. A taxi ride costed 10 to the train station when we were finally able to get them. We missed our train and lost out on the cost of tickets for 7 people. We were able to only somewhat salvage our plans by buying tickets for a bus, but still missed out on most of our plans for my mother in laws 75th birthday. When Raffaele, the property manager, finally got back to me, he denied responsibility for the transfer and then essentially gave me crap for not getting a taxi earlier. When finding out we missed our train and birthday plans were ruined, he gave an excuse that the transfer driver was in an accident. That still doesn't explain why we weren't given any advanced notice to our ride cancelation or an alternate plan made to get us to the train on time. Raffaele offered a refund for the advanced payment for the transfer that didn't arrive but have yet to receive it and at this point, we aren't holding our breath. These people cannot be trusted or depended on!

The apartment is nicely appointed and close to train lines to get around town. Owner was communicative and flexible. Price is decent for Naples and a good value. It is in a residential neighborhood, which is nice because it's not touristy, but it does limit the dining options that are a 5 minute walk away. There's a grocery store around the block and fruit/meat/fish market stalls close by, so it would be ideal if you want to prep your own food.

La casa è al confine di rione sanità, vicino a due metro e a 10 minuti di camminata dal centro! La posizione è ottima perché ti permette di arrivare ovunque in poco tempo e di dormire tranquillamente la notte perché fuori dal caos del centro. La casa è carina ed accogliente, completa in tutti i servizi! Anche Il proprietario e il suo staff è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile!Per un gruppo numeroso la casa è perfetta!Siamo rimaste super contente!
