This brand new hand build private beauty is on the end of a beach strip with 270°free views . From the deck and pool area it is just a few stairs down to the ocean water. 3 important dive spots are directly in your back yard, Hilma Hooker, The Lake and Punt Vierkant, all have double reefs.. Lots of fish, rays, dolphins are frequent in that area. The house is secured and guarded. Wind gets through the whole house and airco is present in all bedrooms. The house has 4 large bedrooms, 4 large bathrooms ad 4 walk in closets. Christmas Period Dec 20-Jan 3rd + 25%
