1890's TEXAS FARMHOUSE fully renovated--HOT TUB, New infrared light SAUNA, & BIDET! covered wraparound porch- French Country Style in unique area on 1/2 acre, 10 min to Downtown! FUN to drink morning coffee in hot tub!
5 minutes to Ladybird Lake Bike Trail! 12 min to airport. Fun to rent SUP or Kayaks.
Owner's personal home- rents out part time (it's got the good stuff in it!). 12 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, nice furnishings in a French Country Style.
Sometimes the neighbors farm animals literally come visit in the yard. You feel like you're in the country, but only 10 min to Downtown!
Master bedroom is a KING Memory Foam bed--huge room, and large attached bath. ALL beds are memory foam.
2nd bedroom is a queen, and close to the 2nd bath.
3rd bedrm is a queen, and is shared with the washer/dryer.
Full kitchen to cook to your hearts desire.
SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED.
Suggestion-- rent kayaks, SUP, or bikes--head out to the Ladybird Lake Trail 5 minutes away, to work off all that beer you're about to drink!!

fun and funky farmhouse

Carrie is such a thoughtful host, and will take care of any questions you have quickly. The farm house is on a small plot of land in the middle of an urban area, but feels like you are far out in the country. The place feels comfortable, and I loved all of the artwork throughout the home. It truly is a gem.

Fantastic house in perfect location

This is the second time my family has stayed in this beautiful property. We love it! Great host, spotlessly clean house, and the location is perfect - very close to downtown Austin. We enjoyed the hot tub too. Highly recommend.

Perfect hideaway

The house is a farm style wooden home with a lotno eclectic charm and some great amenities like the spacious hot tub right on the deck. It felt like being out in the woods but really it was a block away from everything. Will stay here again.

Great spot!

Came here for a dude weekend with two friends. Great house with a nice porch to hang out on and the hot tub was great. Not walking distance to much but a very short Uber was fantastic. Comfortable and quiet, would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!

Trip to the track!

2 adult friends and myself were liking the place big time! It turned out to be exactly what I had hoped for! Also the host was excellent to work with as I needed an extra day and fortunately she was able to help arrange it. Yes one note would be the walk in shower takes longer than you would expect but does work. be patient, because I first thought there was an issue..👍

Beautiful farmhouse in the middle of the city

Description of this property was exceptional. Definitely gives you country charm in the middle of the city. My kids loved the potbelly pig. It was so quiet besides the occasional ambulance we were heard. House was clean and well stocked. One small thing is the main bedroom bathroom. The window in the shower is full length and has a window treatment on it. At night you can see shapes and outlines of your body. We put a blanket on the window. Other than that had a peaceful time with the hubby while kids were at ACL. Hot tub was well maintained, private and relaxing.

Amazing Austin

Our group of 6 had an amazing time in Austin! This property was perfect for our group. Close to downtown, yet had the feeling of the quiet countryside. Our hosts were amazing and quickly answered any questions we had. We would definitely book this property again when traveling back to Austin!

Great Girls Long Weekend.

Everything was wonderful. The house was spacious enough for four adult women and filled with fun eccentric decor. Location was convenient. Everything we needed was there (soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc). The hot tub was a little hard to get in and out of and seating in it was very strange but overall, a very, very minor negative. All the positives far outweighed that. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I ever get back to Austin.

Fab Farmhouse!

The house has loads of character and unique features, located miles from South Congress but it feels like the country. Carrie is absolutely fantastic, and each room has extremely comfortable beds. We came for a surprise birthday weekend for my little sister, and I couldn't be happier with my first experience with VRBO and Carrie. Our favorite and most used feature was the hot tub. We didn't know to open both valves to open all the jets, and it did take some time to warm up, but regardless, we lounged at all times of the day and night. Our second most used feature was the kitchen. Although the owner did have a portion of the fridge filled with her own food (you can eat it but you have to replace it), there was still plenty of room for our meal prep. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. The laundry in the last bedroom had our favorite smelling detergent, softener and dryer sheets, and I swear the towels were made of angel giggles, they were so soft. Our party had several animal lovers, so thr neighborhood cat (we named him Merlin), the local giant potbelly pig and a large dog that frequented the back and front doors were welcomed with lots of pets and kisses. The master shower was the coolest, pebbled floor, open concept, and great water pressure. Beware...it takes a while to get hot, but once it does...whew! Definitely would stay here again!
