La Terrasse de l'Aber is a quiet and secure residence, just 2 minutes from the seafront, 10 minutes from the center of Roscoff, and steps from the beach.

The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator). At the entrance, you will find a convenient hallway closet for optimal storage.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms:

The first bedroom has a double bed and a very large wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers.

A bright bathroom with a shower and a washing machine connects the bedrooms.

The living area is pleasant and well-appointed, with a classic coffee maker, toaster, kettle, television, and Wi-Fi. The spacious living space can accommodate up to 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen and very bright living area open onto a balcony with unobstructed views.

Private parking with a remote-controlled gate.

Access to a bicycle storage room.

Access to a trash disposal area.

Cleaning is included for guest comfort. Bed linen is not provided, but you can rent “beds made upon arrival” at the following rates:

€20 per double bed, towels included (140x190 cm or 180x190 cm—two 90x190 cm beds pushed together with a single duvet).

Please specify your bed preference (size and whether you want separate beds) when booking.

Payment is made directly on-site.

Pets are allowed for a supplement of €25 per stay, payable on arrival.

Self check-in after 7 PM.
