Superb new loft located in a quiet area, 1.5 km from the city center and 10 minutes' walk from Clouët beach. The unusual layout of the space on three levels allows you to enjoy beautiful spacious and modern rooms. A free shuttle will allow you to move easily to the city center or to the beaches (every 15 minutes in July - August).
