Our small loft boasts a fabulous view and is located in the heart of Surf City, on the beautiful El Sunzal Beach. It’s safe, quiet, and just a few minutes from shopping centers and nightlife areas, so you can join in the fun if you’d like—or simply unwind in comfort if you’re looking to relax.

☆ Guest Access: You can use the pool, beach chairs, lounge area, shared kitchen, and refrigerator at no cost.
*Pool: open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The condo complex has a coin-operated laundry area.

☆ Parking: Please observe the limit of one vehicle per apartment; additional vehicles may park in the area outside Villas del Mar without blocking vehicle or pedestrian access.

☆ Cleaning: Additional cleaning service can be requested for an extra charge. The fee charged at the time of booking covers the cleaning service at checkout. For stays of 7 days or more, we provide a complimentary cleaning service. If you would like an extra cleaning for shorter stays, this can be arranged if scheduled in advance. Check with your host for cost and availability

☆ Towels: You’ll have 2 bath towels, 2 hair towels, and 2 hand towels. We do not change them daily, but if you need them, you can request this the day before so we can schedule our staff. (Applies to stays of more than 7 days)

☆ Smoking Areas: Specific outdoor areas have been designated for smoking. These areas are clearly marked and are located away from building entrances and enclosed common areas, such as the lounge and kitchen.

☆ Energy Conservation and the Environment: Each guest must use electricity responsibly, avoid leaving the air conditioning on when not in the room, and turn off the lights in common areas when not in use. It is mandatory to dispose of trash in the designated bins.

In our loft, you’ll find a flying insect killer lamp; you may use it on the terrace. We recommend keeping the glass door closed at night to prevent mosquitoes from getting in.
