This great, multi-family home has beautiful ocean views and is located less than a minute's walk to the water's edge. This large, lovely home is perfect for large families or those who want plenty of their own space. It has a beautiful point to point view and is a short stroll from quaint downtown Cayucos. There is a separate studio unit in the back complete with kitchenette and bathroom (shower only), large back patio with plenty of seating for everyone, 3 bedrooms downstairs with kitchenette. Master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs - with master including a large jacuzzi tub and large deck. Kitchen, living and dining rooms are also upstairs with another large deck perfect for enjoying the incredible views and having a sunset barbecue. This property only rents to one party at a time; renting to multiple parties during the same time period is prohibited.

Weekend family get away

We enjoyed our weekend family get away at this house! The location is great with views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. It was also easy to drive to Cambria and Hearst Castle from here. There were plenty of beds and linens for our group of 12. The studio was especially nice for my parents to be able to get away from the hubbub. Things to note- the fireplace in the main living room does not work and there is no heater upstairs, so brrr! Many of the windows were leaking during a rainstorm, so keep your things away from them! This was fine for us during a winter stay. Bet it’s really lovely during the summer!

Perfect for multi families

This is a great property for multiple family members. The house is multi- level with master and living area up stairs and bedrooms and den downstairs. The studio was a blessing for older family members who want it more quiet. Kitchen is well stocked, even has ice maker! Great area and plenty to do. Bring paper towels and TP!

Perfect location

We love this place! Walk to the beach, walk to the park, walk to restaurants and markets… couldn’t ask for anything more. Also, super cozy house with plenty of room and amenities. Five stars across the board

Saunders family trip

We loved the house. The location allowed us to have mornings and afternoons at the beach with a break at the house for lunch and rest. The layout accommodated our group very well- we (the grandparents) enjoyed the quiet of the studio. The kitchen was easy to use and well-stocked.

Great Beach Getaway

The view was fabulous. Coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening on the devk was the best. This home was plant of room for our family. It is like 3 apartments in one house. The kitchen was c well stocked. Beds were extremely comfortabke. Loved the backyard playing area and pool table for the kids. Puzzles and games for all ages. Manager was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the cleanliness. The main areas were vacuumed, but not under the coaches or beds and cabinets and kitchen appliances had food on them. However overall it was fairly clean. We will definitely stay at the peppery again.

Great location, great space

We very much enjoyed the location and the space in this property. It easily accommodated our family of eight adults. The deck is unbeatable, and the view is great! The only critical comments would be that when we arrived, a tile layer had not been informed we were arriving so the master bath had some work items scattered about and was not ready for guests. That was remedied immediately. The place could stand a good thorough cleaning. Not that it was dirty, just clean the cobwebs out of windows, wipe out some drawers/cupboards that were particularly "used," etc. Still, I would recommend the place because the location is great, the space is large, and it was tidy, just not clean.

Lovely Stay!

Transferred our family pod to Cayucos for Thanksgiving where we hunkered down in this beautiful home and enjoyed the lovely deck and sun filled living space.

Great family house

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this house. I gave 5 stars even though there was one really bad mattress because the managers were so easy to talk with and they promised to relay this to the owners. The house had 5 nice bedrooms (including one separate "studio"/bath, was well supplied with cooking things, close beach access, small market very close by and a big market in Morro Bay, lovely decks in the house. The house served 11 of us very nicely.

Gorgeous views

Had my birthday get together this past weekend. I picked a great house with lots of space, good layout and a awesome balcony with gorgeous views! The bedrooms/beds/bathrooms were great! We all had so much fun. Sea Lyon rental reps were helpful and accommodating to all our needs. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and I myself look forward to spending another weekend here.

Amazing View and Wonderful House

We loved at our stay at this property. We had 5 couples that stayed for the long weekend and we all enjoyed the house. It has a wonderful outdoor patio over the garage that faces the ocean and a great upstairs kitchen and family room area that allowed for all of us to hang out together. The house was very clean and Seelyon was very accommodating to us. Highly recommend this property!
