Stunning views from the well-appointed chef's kitchen, dining area, living room and deck with full outdoor kitchen and al fresco dining area. Hardwood and travertine floors throughout. Smart TV's in every bedroom, Family Room and 2-car Garage (with Wii). New spa with seating for 6 in backyard, sitting area and fire pit. A wonderful, beautiful and relaxing home

This is the third time we have stayed in this home. It is beautifully appointed and lacks nothing! From a fully stocked kitchen to a garage full of equipment - bikes, biggie boards etc., we could just step in to a great vacation week. The view and close proximity of the ocean was tops!

Incredible Vacation Home

Our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful time at this Cayucos gem. This home literally has everything you need and more. The house was spotless, the beds were so comfy, the views from upstairs were breathtaking, and the hot tub was wonderful at the end of the day at the beach. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location of the house was fantastic, literally steps away from the stairway access down to the sand. We rode the bikes provided into town one of the days to hit up Brown Butter Cookie Company and Cayucos Candy Counter. We ate breakfast at The Hidden Kitchen which was phenomenal. We also made reservations for Hearst Castle and combined that day trip with a visit to see the Elephant Seals just north of the castle. Of course, we also did wine tasting and picked up sandwiches at Cayucos Sausage Company so we could have a little picnic at one of the local wineries just a short 15 minute drive away. We cannot wait to return to Cayucos and we certainly hope to stay at this exact home again. Lisa, thank you for providing our family with fun experiences and wonderful memories that will last a lifetime!

Great Stay

We just loved staying here. Super easy check in and check out, very clean, kitchen very well stocked (we ate out some and cooked some, lacked for nothing). Very close to Morro Strand Beach; only a few minutes' drive to Cayucos. Incredible ocean views from the living room/ kitchen. Definitely would stay here again!

This is a beautiful, clean, and extremely well stocked and maintained home that provided a very comfortable place for our family to enjoy the central coast. The location is perfectly situated just across the street from access to the beach. I highly recommend this house and hope we'll return soon!

If you want to be near a beach, look no further

My wife, my adult working daughter and I stayed for a week. It was working holidays for us so our priorities were 1. Convenience for short and long strolls whenever possible 2. Sufficient space for three of us to work 3. Quiet 4. Creature comforts Five stars from us on all of above. The beach is across the street. Beach is peaceful and without crowds. It seems Cayucos is still undiscovered because Morrow Bay beach was crowded when there were only a few around this property. Another positive for us was that the property is not near cayucos downtown. It is in the outskirts. That too made it quiet. The living area is pretty, convenient and functional. Kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub and bicycles are pluses. Outside porch and BBQ are a good addition. The sleeping area is little on smaller side and two bedrooms are little dark. But the master bedroom and bath are roomy and comfortable. One general comment about the overall beach area around Morrow bay. It was windy and bit cold this time of the year. Come with warm clothes.

Fun Easter break

Had a great time, fully stocked kitchen, beach items, bikes, and the whirlpool was great after hanging out at the beach. The beach is definitely a dog beach so you must like dogs as they are running every where which was fine for us. It’s also super windy which made it pants and long sleeves beach days (not sure if that’s just the time of year) Only suggestion is for the dining chairs to be reupholstered as they are pretty grungy, everything else is clean and new. Overall great views and great time thank you!

This was the most amazing property to stay at- The home is beautiful- well thought out floor plan- and there was nothing to be at want for. The views are spectacular, even a row back from the sand! The beach access was literally across the street about I0 yards from the house. I loved everything about this house.

Just stop looking and rent this one. Seriously. This is an amazing two story home With all the comforts of home. The owner really has put in a tremendous amount of thought into stocking the house with everything you could possibly need. The home itself is absolutely beautifully decorated and the layout is awesome. The bedrooms are on the first floor and the kitchen and two living rooms are upstairs. One has a great tv and fireplace and the other living space has a wonderful view of the ocean where you can watch the dolphins and otters playing in the surf. There’s a big garage full of Beach equipment and a place to wash off the sand as well as a big washer and dryer. There’s a small backyard as well, with a really nice hot tub. Beach access is two houses over and down a flight of stairs. The beach is huge and clean and full of beautiful seashells. The owner and property manager were very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. We had a great time and will be back!!

Perfect Relaxing Location

Our family greatly enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful home. It was perfectly situated for a beautiful ocean view and beach assess just across the street. Both the homeowner and the management company were attentive to any questions we had during our stay. We really liked the layout of this home as the main living space is on the second floor, where we spent a majority of our time, and the bedrooms were located on the first floor. The listing pictures of this house do not do it justice. We would love to stay at this home again. Our only reservation for the futures is that this section of the beach, we learned, is often referred to as "dog beach" and many people have their dogs off leash. Our 9 year old son had a distressing situation with a dog that chased him and knocked him down.. We feel this is worth noting for those with small children or those not comfortable around dogs. However, we found this to primarily be an issue on the weekend. .

Hidden Gem in Cayucos

I stayed here for NYE weekend with my family. Well appointed space with updated spa and kitchen. It has great views of the ocean and across the street from the beach. Very relaxing and comfortable for 6 adults to stay. Easy to communicate with Bonnie who was very accommodating for us. Minor downside to this place was DVD players/TVs are a little outdated -- no HDMI hook ups and we had trouble playing movies we had brought with us due to frequent skipping and freezing of the disc inside the machine. Overall I would stay here again.

Great beach home for family gatherings

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this lovely beach home. There were six adults and the bedrooms are on the first floor, very well appointed. Upstairs with the beautiful ocean view, the living areas are spacious and cozy. Great kitchen for several cooks at the same time! Good communication with the property manager as well.

Why they chose this property

I grew up spending summers and holidays in Cayucos. I love that the small-town charm has not changed one bit in the 45+ years I have enjoyed Cayucos. It is one of the last 'true' surf/beach towns of California. You won't find a drive up window or a chain store here. What you will find is that Cayucos has the best beaches, surfing and restaurants on the central coast. You are surrounded with beautiful landscape, hiking trails, shopping and some of the best wineries in California. I had the opportunity to purchase my home in 1996 brand new. I completely remodeled and redecorated it a few years ago. I am so blessed to have this slice of heaven on earth in Cayucos.
