Sunrises and sunsets sitting right from the balcony - spectacular bay and ocean views! Cool off in the pool after a hot day at the beach!

Booking requirements:
**Senior Week: 6/10-20th, only accepting requests from established travelers with positive reviews.***
* Must be 25 yrs old to book, must be staying for the full duration of the booking.
* No co-signing for others - strictly enforced!
* 3 adults limit in the unit; families with children are allowed a total of 5 maximum occupancy for the best sleeping arrangements.
- Guest to provide gov't issued photo ID (driver's license) and completed rental agreement, proof of address (a bill) for non-rated travelers.
- Check-in: 3pm / Check-out: 10am

Centrally located - building complex is right next to the convention center (EV charging available); explore nearby activities (Jolly Roger amusement park, mini-golf), restaurants and shopping within walking distance (Shotti's, K-Coast surf shop, Barn34, Higgins, and Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill)! Bus stop is conveniently located right in front of our building complex.

Pack light - In unit washer/dryer. Kitchen - clean, modern, renovated! Stainless steel range, microwave, Breville smart toaster oven; standard size fridge, dishwasher and Keurig coffee machine.

Relax in central A/C with modern conveniences including: Nest smart auto-sensing thermostat, high-speed Wi-Fi, Samsung smartTVs (with complimentary streaming access to Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime). Convenient USB wall charging for all your electronic gadgets throughout the condo (don't forget your cables!).

Guest safety: personalized keypad door code entry with commercial grade deadbolt, inside security door chain, smoke/Co2 detectors, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit.

Included unit conveniences:
Pillows and comforters are available for each bed (Queen & Twin bunks).
Hand soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergent pods, coffee, tea.

Fabulous place to stay. The host is one of the best. Constant communication and provides everything you need during your stay. Just bring your linens, some toiletries, and clothes and you are good to go. Fantastic condo with so many amenities - just too many to list. Walking distance to convention center, nightlife, and fantastic food options. The sunsets on the bay are spectacular too. This is our second year staying here for Bikefest and will not be our last!

Communication with the host was by far superior. Very informative and helpful. The check in process was great, the property was ready early and the location of the parking spot is prime. Highly recommend this place, the view of the bay from the balcony is beautiful

Great place!

This cute condo was a great place to stay during our trip to Ocean City, MD! We recommend bringing slippers, as the floor can attract sand. Location was perfect for our family, close to the beach and great restaurants within walking distance! David was great host, and made checking in and checking out a breeze! We plan to visit again!

Perfect Location OC Bikefest

The property had everything we needed for our long weekend at OCMD Bikefest. Right next to the Convention Center and close to Barn 34 one of our favorite restaurants. Great communication with the host. Bradley on the Bay is a great experience. Hope to visit again!

Great place to stay

This is our second time choosing this location. Development is quiet. The unit itself is clean with all of the modern conveniences for a relaxing week away. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. Highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful. Only thing was when we originally booked there was a tv in the bedroom, they remodeled and didn’t put one back in. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to the bus station, convention center, and beach!!

Its a very nice condo it had everything we required and its in a great location. David is very nice and pleasant to deal with. Checked on us from the moment we arrived till the end of our trip. He was always just a phone call away if i needed anything but i didn't need to contact him for anything. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place. Great host. Easy checkin and we were able to get in earlier. Stayed in another 1 bedroom for the same $ amount and bed sheets provided, and unlimited toilet paper. Any additional amenities would be appreciatef , and less to pack.

Family Vacation

Good location and easy access to the beach and plenty of activities. David the host was very responsive and took care of issues quickly. The only thing that could have made things more convenient is if linens were provided it’s a lot extra to pack blankets, bed sheets and all towels for bathing and the beach. Otherwise we had a great stay and enjoyed the beach and Jolly Roger amusement park down the road!

Great communication and clean

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighbors are a little weird but the place was really nice in a prime location. The only 2 issues we had were the toilet flusher not working and there are a lot of stairs so I don’t recommend for anyone needing an elevator. Overall a great experience. Very clean and excellent owners!

Peaceful getaway!

We really enjoyed our vacation and were very happy with the beautiful condo. David was very pleasant to deal with and checked on us a few times. It is always nice to have extra room rather than one hotel room and this was enough for 4 of us. It was comfortable and just as the pictures showed. Unfortunately the pump on the pool broke and was down for 2 days and the manager called the company to fix it as soon as he realized but that was nobody's fault. The beach was within walking distance as well as restaurants and stores. We were very happy with the condo and how David was so accommodating. Thank you for the nice stay!

Disappointed

The place is much smaller than it looks. The TV and WiFi only worked half the time. There wasn't many utensils in the kitchen. Didn't even have a pizza cutter. The bedroom is very small compared to the picture. There was hair on the bed when we first got there. The floors weren't very clean either. It's in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. Owners had a party right in the parking lot by the pool while we were there and we're very rude excluding guests from attending and basically stuck there noses up at everyone else. I thought was extremely rude !

Allison - we appreciate your feedback, however, the kitchen is fully stocked and we have never received a complaint about not having enough utensils, especially for just you and your husband. If you're referring to a pizza cutter, we would have happily reimburse you if you needed to purchase one and leave it at the condo. Unfortunately we have no control of the area's wifi and internet service, being so close to the waters, the winds do pick up and can affect the coverage. As for the annual owner's party (we weren't there), that is a privately funded event to bring the owner's community together and show support, condo guests are never invited. We were disappointed not being able to get in touch with you two days prior to your departure and also not abiding by our check-out time, leaving 30mins late which we had to rearrange our cleaning schedule for the day.

Our family of five had a delightful stay at this clean and attractive condo in Midtown Ocean City! The check-in process was a breeze, and the check-out was just as smooth. The property was spotlessly clean, and we felt secure throughout our entire stay. The beach-themed decor of the property set the perfect tone for our vacation, making us feel like we were truly on a beach getaway. It was attractive and tastefully done, adding to the overall enjoyment of our time there. The property managers were fantastic! They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and their friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel welcome and right at home. The detailed instructions provided were incredibly useful, ensuring that we knew exactly what to expect during our stay. The condo complex itself was a peaceful haven. It was quiet and well-maintained, with friendly residents and guests in the other units. We appreciated the serene atmosphere and the charming community. Moreover, the location was great. Being in midtown Ocean City allowed us to enjoy a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the Convention Center. Overall, this vacation rental property exceeded our expectations and lived up to its advertised features. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Ocean City getaway!

Property as described - clean, tasteful, great location. We loved the pool, it has a better view than we expected and the community was well-maintained, peaceful and within good walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed Coconuts for happy hour and Barn 34 for brunch, both close by. Kitchen had all the things we needed to cook a few simple meals, nice attention to detail, and the bathroom was updated and spacious enough for three of us. The only improvements I would like to see would be the option of provided clean linens - sheets, towels - so we can pack lighter. I think an additional fee for this would be reasonable, but for us, it was a nuisance to buy linens as nobody in our party had twin-size sheets for the bunk beds. The waterproof covers made the mattresses quite hot, and the one night we attempted the pull-out sofa bed we found it to be extremely uncomfortable. I am glad nobody was planning to sleep on it for the entire trip, because it really needs a new mattress and possibly a new frame as well. With those improvements this would be a 5-star review. Other than that, everything was in order and we would certainly still recommend this rental for a fun and relaxing OC vacation. We hope to be back!

Hi Holly, Thanks for your honest feedback and we would be delighted to host you again! For sheets/towels; this was a conscious decision made and empathized in our listing as we realized it’s a personal preference for most guests. It also allows for quicker same day cleaning service (no wash cycle) so we can try to get our next guests settled in before 3pm whenever possible (which was granted for this trip). We also stress a three adult max so that we can tailor our place for families with smaller kids so everyone can rest comfortably (there’s also a third pull out trundle with the bunk) and leave the sofa bed as an option. We do strive on providing a clean, fun and modern condo with technological conveniences for our guests while they relax and enjoy the spectacular sunset views at night.

Great family condo

Great Family Vacation!

David & Dee were wonderful from beginning to end. They made the check in and check out process very easy. When we arrived, the place was spotless and beautiful! The location is perfect, and we really enjoyed the views. Our family of 4 (including a 2 year old) were very comfortable. We hope to be able to stay here again sometime soon!

Perfect Family Getaway!

Well maintained & clean condo that was just right for our family. The outdoor pool is a perfect addition/alternative to a beach day. The complex has a boat ramp and we were easily able to get our wave-runner and kayaks into the Bay. The owners are very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Great condo in OC MD

Dave was very responsive and great to work with. The location of the condo was perfect. The beach is a short 5 min walk across the street. Accommodations were wonderful. The bunk beds were perfect for my kids. We will definitely recommended this condo to our friends and family and encourage others to enjoy this nice vacation spot as well.

Location, location, location!!
Unique unit on the top floor overlooking the ocean and bay; relax and enjoy the morning sunrise and evening sunsets on our rooftop patio set.
Centrally located with many restaurants, crab houses, surf shops nearby and 5 blocks from Jolly Roger Amusement Park. The beach is across the street and It's a pleasant walk to the boardwalk which starts on 27th St.
