Pleasantly surprised with the property/furniture because the photos are a little outdated! We enjoyed our stay immensely. Owner was extremely responsive for any questions. I would highly recommend this location for a small family or group of 4-6.

Family Vacation 2024

Everything was extremely nice and amazingly upgraded. The location to get to the beach seemed like just a few steps away, which was great for someone my age. Hoping to be able to book for same week next year. Highly recommend for anyone to stay there.

Great spot with great location

Was even better then the photos. so close to the beach and just a short drive to boardwalk. We have two teenagers and an 8 yr old and it was big enough for us. Jon was great with communication. We will be definitely staying again.

Nice property in a superb location

Jon's condo is beautiful and modern. It was the first time I've ever had to provide my own sheets and towels, but that was a minor inconvenience. The keyless entry is awesome; we never had to worry about a key when we were headed out to the beach. It was very convenient to be able to just go and not worry about how we would get back in. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked. The washer and dryer worked well. The furniture is nice and also comfortable. The dining table had spots for 3 which was great since there were only 2 of us. We will definitely stay here again when we're in town.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely stay again. It was comfortable and cozy. The two full size beds were newer and very comfortable. It wasn't advertised, but the unit also included two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a few boogie boards. Great place for us!

Great Stay in OCMD on Short Notice

Me and two friends had a great stay during our golf trip. Our first reservation was canceled unexpectedly a couple days before we were set to travel. Fortunately we found this location! Cozy accommodations that fit our needs perfectly at a great price. Communication with Jon was easy and he replied quickly. Would definitely stay here again on future trips!

Location location location

As depicted in listing. Location is great, steps to the beach. Ability to walk for necessities and some fun. Parking was easy and readily available. Family friendly and safe location. We had an issue that was quickly rectified but wish it had not happened. Communication was prompt with Jon. Overall the space could use an update but we were not there much more than to sleep and get ready for the day/night. Heard from neighbors about the previous owner, hope Jon is as fondly spoken about as she was.

85th street is a nice area. Away from the boardwalk congestion, but only a short drive or bus ride to those areas.

Very nice newly remodeled one bedroom condominium. Located on the first floor. One building back from the beach. Close to restaurants, shops and the bus. Wi-fi, Roko tv's, All new appliances.
