A two-bedroom modernised terraced house with a wow factor, in a quiet street. Only a five minute walk to the centre of town, close to restaurants, bars, the shops and the Cathedral.

The front door opens directly into the warm and inviting open plan living accomodation, with comfortable sitting area, a convivial round dining table with space for four and a beautiful compact kitchen with everything you need.
The stylish bathroom is also found on this floor and the dining area opens out on a lovely private courtyard.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double with a king size bed and the second room, which can either be a twin or a large king.

You have the whole house and the outside private courtyard all to yourselves

What a little gem! This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Winchester. So central but so quiet. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Insanely comfortable beds. Lovely outside sitting area. Craig was the perfect host. We enjoyed every minute and highly recommend it!

Really gorgeous house, great decor, cosy, well equipped. The house is in a fantastic location, really close to centre of town. Craig was really friendly to deal with. Highly recommend it for a fab city break.

What a wonderful property! The unit is super stylish and ingeniously laid out. We felt right at home and made great use of the comfy living room, top-notch appliances, and enchanting patio. Excellent bed and bedding, great shower, and all spotlessly clean and well-cared for. So close to the city center we could easily walk home for breaks between sights. Craig was very easy to communicate with and provided easy-to-follow instructions, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Simply a delight to stay here!

Absolutely best property… genius use of space

Fantastic. So central and parking was easy enough. Property is a gem…Would happily own this wonderful house. Finishing is next to none and thoughtful leaving of milk and 2 beers coffee and kitchen basics, dishwasher tabs etc was a nice touch. Better than any top end hotel!

We truly enjoyed staying at 105 Colebrook St. and look forward to another stay in the near future. The home is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and it has all the amenities one could ask for. The kitchen has all the tools, pots and pans and cleaning supplies necessary for cooking and washing up. A bonus was the combination washer/dryer and the drying rack. The home was spotless upstairs and downstairs. Our host supplied us with extra Nespresso coffee pods when we could not find replacements in town. The location is perfect, close to the High Street and taking walks along the Itchen River. Marks and Spencers and Sainsbury’s is a short walk away on the High Street. Abbey Gardens is nearby on Colebrook Street. When friends visited, our host registered their license plate digitally for a parking space nearby. The Winchester Bus Station is five minutes away and there are many good restaurants on the High Street. We highly recommend this stunning home for your holiday rental.
