The house features three well-appointed bedrooms, a bright and comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen designed for easy self-catering. Whether you’re gathering for relaxed evenings in or heading out to explore the city, this home provides a calm and convenient base.
Located in historic Winchester, you’ll be just minutes from the city’s famous cathedral, charming high street, independent cafés, restaurants, and scenic countryside walks. Excellent transport links make it easy to explore the South Downs, London, and the surrounding Hampshire area.
The house is located on Andover Road in Winchester, right opposite one of the area's cheapest car parks.
Ground floor hallway leads firstly into a beautiful fully equipped kitchen/diner with chunky stone floor and statement oven and hob surround.
Next along is laminated relaxing living area with sofas and TV, books and blankets.
Upstairs are two of the bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with comfy beds and ample clothes storage. Leading off from both bedrooms is a full bathroom. Please note access to the bathroom is via both of these bedrooms - a jack and jill bathroom. There are locks on both of the doors.
Up another floor to the third bedroom containing a double bed and clothes storage, with lovely wooden bannisters surrounding the staircase.
Please note low ceilings in the top bedroom.
Ten minute walk to the centre of Winchester and train station - 15 minute walk to the Cathedral

The whole house is for guest use, with self check in key lock boxes outside you can come and go as you please.
