The villa has an ocean view and it’s very quiet. Best feature is outside sitting in the terrace and looking out at the ocean. There are a lot of updates and maintenance that need to be done to the villa. The private pool was a great size and fun but tiles were popping off and there’s a lot missing. The A/Cs were not working in the salon nor one of the bedrooms. The awning to the right got stock and couldn’t roll it back in. The comforters look worn out and in need of replacement and there are some towels with nasty permanent stains. The shower curtain was disgusting and shower was very small, I’m 5’2 and kept hitting the shower handle.The kitchen had too many ants. I bought bread and only got to eat one piece cause the ants got into them. I suspect one of the beds had bed bugs since the person in my party got bites all over her leg. I’ve stayed in villas that were more updated and up to standard for the price paid.
