Apartment located about 350 meters from the beautiful white sand beach of Fetovaia, one of the most famous of the island, located on the south-west coast. The beach, bordered by a rocky promontory can be reached in a few minutes on foot and is partly free and partly equipped. The three-room apartment is only 3 km from the village of Seccheto where essential services are located and about 10 minutes by car from Marina di Campo.
The charming three-room apartment is located on the ground floor and has a living room with kitchenette, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, TV, microwave, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, small bedroom with foldaway bunk beds. It has an equipped terrace with a glimpse of the sea and a further private paved outdoor area equipped for dining outside with table, chairs and umbrella. The property also has an outdoor hot shower, washing machine shared with another apartment, air conditioning, wifi, mosquito nets, ceiling fan and private parking space. Small pets are allowed.
