Beautiful villa surrounded by a large park with tall trees and Mediterranean scrub a few steps from the suggestive sandy beach of Procchio. The villa is located in a panoramic position with a splendid sea view of the gulf from both the terrace and the living room. It consists of a kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer; a large living room with dining area and sitting area with fireplace; a large window allows access to the terrace overlooking the sea. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom (possible second bed), 1 bedroom with sofa bed. Two shower rooms. Great relaxing vacation in a perfect location

Very nice and quiet house with an perfect view to the sea. The huge terrace invites to eat outside and enjoy the life. Some nice restaurants nearby, one with a full menu of Glutene free food, directly on the beach allow dining with sunset. The spacious rooms allow privacy even with 6 people. Parking on the property in the shadow of big trees keeps the car away from the road. Beach, bakery and Prochio can be reached by foot without problem.

Esperienza meravigliosa

Siamo immersi nel mare e nel sole, come stare rannicchiati in un acino di uva dorata (Virginia Woolf). La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in 2 minuti e accanto un ottimo ristorante. Parcheggi la macchina e non la sposti più. Spazi ampi, si cena al lume degli astri splendenti, la brezza marina ti accarezza, (poi c’è sempre l’aria condizionata nelle camere). Due grandi vantaggi: la lavanderia con una lavatrice mangiasporco e una lavastoviglie in cucina che sa il suo dovere. È una bellissima casa che racconta una storia di famiglia e di affetto. Agosto all'isola d'Elba

Che dire !!! Villa perfetta e in linea la descrizione adatta a famiglia numerosa o a 2 famiglie. Posizione ottima per l'accesso alle spiagge e ai servizi di Procchio. Ospite assolutamente disponibile in qualsiasi momento, anche se non abbiamo avuto alcun bisogno di interventi. E' stato difficile tornarsene in città, ma siamo già pronti a ritornare. Grazie Sebastiano ! ! ! !

Super Lage, Haus mit Einschränkungen

Das Haus hat ein super Lage, sehr nah (100m) zum Strand, 800m zum Ortskern. Das Haus ist groß, leider die Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Juli-Hitze fehlte uns eine Klimaanlage. Die Ventilatoren waren schon alt und unzureichend. Der Aussenbereich mit der Terrasse ist auch riesig, jedoch wenig einladend. Das könnte man gemütlicher machen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hingegen sehr gut. Der Ortskern von Procchio hat leider wenig zu bieten. Aber es gibt ja viele nette Orte auf Elba. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden, wenn auch bei dem Preis ein höherer Standard zu erwarten gewesen wäre.

Mi fa piacere che siate rimasti nel complesso soddisfatti. Per l'aria condizionata ci attrezzeremo per l'anno prossimo. Vorrei precisare però che sull'annuncio è specificato che la casa non è dotata di aria condizionata. A parte questa precisazione, sono rimasto molto stupito e amareggiato nel riscontrare che in casa c'erano almeno dieci sacchi di spazzatura tra cui quattro di organico pieni di vermi che non erano stati buttati. Veramente una brutta sorpresa Sebastiano

Très bien

Maison sympathique, agréable et spacieuse avec une grande terrasse et une belle vue. Très bien placée sur l'île, et à 2 minutes à pieds de la plage, ce qui est très pratique. Restaurants et commerces à proximité.
