Unique accommodation by the lake, private beach, secluded location, only 35 min from Stockholm

Relax in this unique and peaceful setting. Here you’ll find a villa and two cottages on a private headland at the end of the road. You’ll have your very own private beach and dock, with the forest as your closest neighbour. If you’d like to spend a day in the city, it’s only a 35–40-minute drive to city centre Stockholm. The lake is perfect for swimming, and you can also take a trip in the kayaks or rowing boat, which are included. You can fish in the lake, but no motors are allowed, so you won’t be bothered by engine noise.

You can walk all the way around the lake.
In the “Atterfall House,” you’ll find a small cottage with just one room, as well as a kitchenette and a bathroom. Here, you’ll have outdoor seating areas facing both the garden and a terrace overlooking the lake. There is a pull-out bed that can be used as either a single or a double bed. You also have your own small, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, and more. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet.

Finally, there’s a shed without any amenities, but it has two single beds and a small patio facing the garden. You can also see the lake from here. The shed is located very close to the villa—perhaps the older children would like to sleep here on their own?

You have your own beach with a dock, where you can borrow the rowing boat or kayaks to enjoy the lake. You can also fish from the dock that belongs to the house, but if you want to fish in the lake, you’ll need to purchase a fishing licence at ICA Enhörna, which is a 10-minute drive away. If you purchase a fishing licence, you can fish throughout the entire lake, where game fish have been stocked, and there are also naturally occurring perch and pike.

“The Villa” is the larger house with two bedrooms—one with a double bed and a smaller room with a single bed. The villa features the main kitchen and opens onto a large terrace overlooking the lake. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine and dryer.

In the “Atterfallshuset,” you’ll find a smaller cottage with just one room, as well as a kitchenette and bathroom.
