This spacious retreat features a comfortable lounging area on one side and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a traditional Austrian dining nook on the other, opening directly out to a south-facing balcony and terrace overlooking the stunning alpine landscape.

Sleeping up to eleven guests across four well-appointed bedrooms—including two with double beds, one with a double bed and a 1.70m bunk bed, and a fourth room with a bunk bed and a trundle bed—the chalet provides ample room for large groups. Facilities include a family bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sink, a second bathroom featuring a Finnish sauna, shower, and double sink, plus two separate toilets. Essential conveniences are fully covered, including free Wi-Fi, beds made fresh upon arrival, free firewood, a private ski storage room at the chalet plus shared storage in the parking garage, a shared and payable washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board, stair gates, and two parking spaces (one covered).

Step outside to explore the local area with free access to the nearby Kristall swimming pool, easy access to the ski bus for the Zillertal and Wildkogel arenas, and doorstep access to scenic walking and cycling routes leading toward the Krimmler waterfalls.
