Lovely clean house, well maintained and warm. The location worked very well, it is walking to lift from which we could find our way to all sorts of really good intermediate skiing. We travelled to the linked resorts as well as driving to Zell. Friendliest Intersport ever for ski hire. Single bar/restaurant in town - didnt eat there, did have a drink - characterful. Bedrooms all good sizes for two, beds good. (Bunk beds were double - so a really good size if used by an adult.) Kitchen corner small but well enough equiped to cook what we needed. Ski storage and drying worked exceptionally well - heated floors in the porch were very useful! Check with the owner about towels and linens PRIOR to arrival/last instructions - we got caught out in that they werent included and had to adapt once in resort.

Wir haben uns zu 10 (4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) sehr wohl gefühlt und auch alles Nötige für unsere Anzahl an Gästen vorgefunden, so dass wir auch gut für so viele Personen kochen konnten. Außerhalb der Hochsaison hatten wir es sehr ruhig! Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet.

Wir haben mit 6 Personen und drei Kindern (2,4,5 Jahre alt) in dem Haus gelebt. Für uns war das Haus von der Größe und der Ausstattung perfekt. Vorallem der Wohnraum und die Küche waren mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Für uns als Familie war es von der Lage und der Zimmeraufteilung perfekt. Man hätte direkt vom Haus Wanderungen starten können, ich denke vor allem in der Wintersaison ist die Lage perfekt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Reibungsloser Aufenthalt in kleinem Ferienhaus

Wir waren im September mit 4 erwachsenen Personen und Hund in diesem Ferienhaus. Check-In & Check-Out klappte unkompliziert, ebenso wie der telefonische Kontakt zum Vermieter bei Rückfragen. Wir haben das Haus mit unserer Personenanzahl als passend empfunden, weil wir aufgrund des warmen Wetters auch die Terrasse nutzen konnten. Mit mehreren Personen würden wir das Haus nicht empfehlen, da die Bäder kleiner sind als sie auf den Fotos wirken. Von anderen Unterkünften dieser Preiskategorie kennen wir ein wenig mehr, was die Küchenausstattung betrifft. Daher hier die Empfehlung an Küchenrolle, Geschirrhandtücher, Geschirrspültabs und Mülltüten zu denken. Ein kleines Infobüchlein mit Empfehlungen der Region wäre schön gewesen um ein paar Informationen auf einen Blick zu erhalten und im Urlaub nicht permanent am Handy sein zu müssen. Kulinarisch können wir das Essen aus dem "Ursprung in Königsleiten" sowie das Restaurant "Sterngucker" zum Holen oder vor Ort essen empfehlen. Die Lage ermöglicht einen schönen, weiten Ausblick sowie den Start schöner Wandderouten. Klassisch im Skigebiet sind die Häuser dicht aneinander ohne großen Garten. Wir hatten dennoch eine schöne Zeit und bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt :-)

Mega Lage, leider war die Wohnung in einem nicht so guten Zustand. Steckdosen und Kabel hingen aus der Wand. Abfluss verstopft, Wasserhahn unten im Bad lose. Grill fehlte auch. Ansonsten war die Wohnung schick und neu. Sehr schönes Haus.

Hallo Leider wurde uns vor Ort von Ihnen nichts über die Probleme mitgeteilt. Es ist jeden Tag ein Hausmeister vor Ort der sich um die Probleme hätte kümmern könne. Leider können wir das wir von Problemen wissen, nichts reparieren. Ich hoffe Sie hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub.

neu renoviertes Chalet :) !

tolles und gut ausgestattetes Chalet - uns hat es im Prinzip an nichts gefehlt ... hätten wir 3 Wünsche frei, wären das: 1) VERSPERRBARER Skistall (wäre sehr im Sinne des Mieters weil im Falle von Diebstahl für die Versicherung relevant!!), 2) kleine Heizkörper in den Bädern (für Handtücher trocknen) 3) Plattentoaster ... ansonsten nicht vergessen ein paar Dinge für die Küche mitzunehmen (Geschirrtücher, Küchenrolle, Spültaps, ...)

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus in perfekter Lage. Das Foto im Inserat zeigt das Haus „Meike“- unser Haus hieß allerdings „Königsblick“ und war deutlich schöner! Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr gemütlicher Ess- und Wohnbereich. Einzig das Schloss an der Haustür hat geklemmt, aber das ist sicher leicht zu beheben. Jederzeit wieder:)
