The owner lives on-site in a nearby main house, approximately 50 yards from this cabin, with a shared driveway.

Big Sky, Montana, is the perfect place for a vacation in WINTER or SUMMER! Big Sky Resort, "America's Biggest Skiing," offers winter enthusiasts 5800 acres, a 4,350 ft vertical drop, and an average annual snowfall of 400 inches. Lone Peak, at 11,166 feet, offers challenging runs, iconic chutes, and magic carpets at the base, which provide kid-friendly beginner runs.

In the summer, enjoy Yellowstone National Park, fly fishing in the blue-ribbon trout streams, white-water rafting, Arnold Palmer golf course, mountain biking, zip-lining, hiking, or just chill in the mountains of southwest Montana. Washaki Cabin is only an hour from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park, with its abundant wildlife. Great Location!

This was my return to Big Sky after first skiing here in 1997 when the original tram was new.The cabin has an amazing view of Lone Peak (when visibility allows) and is a quick drive down to the parking lots.I would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying at this cute, comfy cabin with great views and easy access to Big Sky resort. Both upstairs bed and sofa bed were comfy, kitchen well stocked with cutlery/sharp knives etc. excellent lighting. Very nice, friendly owner who lives up the hill. Would definitely stay here again when skiing Big Sky.

Cozy cabin!

This is the perfect, quaint cabin for a ski trip. It is warm & cozy and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. It is a 1 min drive to the free ski parking lots. The property owner is very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the stay and want to come back!
