Kitchen well stocked, comfy sofa &bed, nice bathroom. Clean enough. Washing machine works. Management was always helpful on messages. On a noisy road but v close to bus stops. Little things overlooked like no working bulb in a lamp and the microwave doesn't reach any plugs but won't fit anywhere else. Says 'dining area' in the listing - does a sofa count? Absolutely no clothes storage. Very little kitchen prep space.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The apartment smelt when we arrived after investigating we found poo left in the brush for the toilet, clearly no cleaning had been done, the sofa and bed was like sleeping on hardboard, we spent the most of the first day reporting the damage left in the apartment so as for the owner not to blame us with the 300 deposit we had to pay, the owner was no help with the issues so we had to leave early and lose 3 days to get another apartment, l would not recommend any one staying in the apartment it is a Covid risk and unfit for purpose

We're sorry to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations. We do, however, feel it's important to provide some additional context for future guests. During the first two days of your stay you reported a number of pre-existing maintenance items so they could be logged against your reservation, but the issue regarding the toilet brush and odour was not reported until two days after your arrival. As soon as it was brought to our attention, we apologised, acknowledged the issue and immediately referred it to our team for investigation. After reviewing the pre-arrival photos and videos, there was no evidence that the issue existed. This, and given that it was not reported for 2 days despite you mentioning a strong smell, we can only come to the conclusion that it was a member of your group who caused the issue. We do not think it is fair to blame us for this and as it was your choice to leave without giving us a chance to investigate and re-attend, we could not go against our cancellation policy.
