This beautiful METICULOUSLY CLEAN and FULLY EQUIPPED condo is owner managed and maintained for vacationers looking for a carefree getaway. The full size open kitchen has spacious granite countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove, disposal, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, and silverware. Plenty of cabinets for storage. Washer and dryer are in unit. Beach umbrella, chairs and beach towels included.
After a day at the beach or pool enjoy the living room with plenty of seating and a 55 inch TV to watch your favorite programs. Free Wi-fi and cable are included.
Master bedroom includes queen size platform bed over 4 large drawers, separate chest of drawers, closet and a 27 inch TV. Impact window ensures quiet and peaceful evenings.
Convenient elevator and under building assigned parking.
