Beautiful Stay in Sunny Naples, FL!

The condo accommodations made for a perfect family vacation! The pool was lovey with a short walk across the street to the most beautiful beach in Florida! Lisa was amazing and provided lots of fun beach toys for our kids. We had a blast and will definitely be back! Thank you, John and Lisa!

This Property Is Tops!

A most enjoyable stay in this well appointed condo right across the street from the beach and Delnor Wiggins state park. A nice walk to good restaurants and a short drive to all other amenities. An excellent location in a pleasant building with pretty grounds. Lisa was great to deal with and we encountered no issues of any kind.

The condo is excellent. Clean, spacious and everything we could have needed. Particularly well equipped with everything required to get the very best from visits to the nearby beach. The condo could not be more convenient for Vanderbilt beach. The truly excellent (and very clean) pool facilities are a huge bonus too. Lots of great recommendations for restaurants from owners too.

Relaxing vacation

My friend and I stayed for just over a week. The condo itself is clean, comfotable, has great views, and is well stocked with items you may need! The property grounds is gated, well maintained, and in a safe area to walk. The beach is right across the street! With the provided beach gear, it made our days easy! It's close to stores, restaurants, and other things around the area. Lisa has been a great host and I plan to stay again when I'm back in the Naples area!

The complex is conveniently located to many Naples attractions and is a short walk to the beach.

The owners are wonderful to work with. I met this family purely by luck and I couldn't be more thankful. The gated condo is across the street from the beach and you can utilize a private beach entrance. Even though there are high rise buildings across the street you stil have a decent setting at sunset. The complex is wonderfully maintained. Heated pool with a nice size pool deck and amenities (chairs, tables, some toys, restroom facilities and an outside shower), tennis and bocce courts also. The owners supply good cooking equipment, wifi, nice televisions and very comfortable furnishings.

Overall impression of this property: 5 stars for cleanliness, location. The view of the Gulf is outstanding. Everything you need for the beach from sand toys to chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon all included. Also tennis and pickleball rackets. Bedding is comfortable. Instructions for use of everything also helpful. View of the sunset right frim your own lanai. Most importantly, the host Lisa is very accessible, gets back to you in a timely fashion if you have any questions. Also, my personal opinion, she makes you feel very comfortable renting 703. Which is a big factor for me.My husband and I stayed for 12 nights, longer if we could have but would definitely return again. This rental does not disappoint!

Perfect for family!

I rarely write reviews - as no news is good news for us. However, since we travel to Naples annually to see my parents we have now found our forever rental. It was so perfect for us! It was very nice and comfortable. Nice enough to be comfortable and enjoyable but not so over- decorated that we had to pack up half the house to baby proof. In fact, we didn't have to do anything and our two year old was able to roam freely. He spent all his time out on the lanai and it made our time so easy. It was such a short walk to the beach that my husband could go wear out the toddler while I stayed back with the infant. My parents came over and we were able to easily wheel in Dad's wheelchair -- and we grilled dinner down at the tiki huts. Finally, although I prefer the simplicity of the decor etc, the bedding and linens were high-end and very comfortable. It was just great and my family and my siblings and their families will be staying here every time.

A little bit of paradise in Naples FL

My husband and I have been renting this condo for the past six years...ever since we discovered it via VRBO. We have definitely found the "perfect rental" for us! The owner has been delightful to work with and goes out of her way to ensure that our stay is as comfortable as can be. Each year we are excited to open the front door and see what enhancements/improvements have been made. This year, there was a new sofa bed, new lanai furniture, new comforters, new lamps, bars in the tub/shower areas, and fabulous new windows and sliders. That is in addition to all the other new furniture and remodeling previously done over the past six years!! Also, we love being in a secure building in a safe gated community! We love being so close to grocery stores, wonderful restaurants, fabulous cultural activities and a beautiful beach. One of our favorite activities is attending free outdoor concerts and art shows in Cambier Park in downtown Naples. And we equally enjoy relaxing on the lanai, reading a book, and gazing at the Gulf of Mexico. And, of course, it never gets old sitting on the beach watching the sun set. This condo is just perfect for us and we look forward to returning in 2020!!! Thank you Lisa Lacci!!!

Beautiful Condo with Fantastic Views of the Gulf of Mexico!

Our three week stay at this condo last month was just delightful. It had beautiful 7th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico from the large lanai, from the lounge chairs in the living room and from the master bedroom. And the 2nd bedroom and den had great views of the heated pool, surrounded by palm trees, next to the Vanderbilt Channel waterway. If you opened the double sliding doors to the lanai and the windows in the den, a wonderful cross-breeze flowed through the unit. The condo had a well stocked kitchen, as well as lovely new bed linens and towels in the linen closets. The place was tastefully decorated..."pottery barn" style, and ever so comfortable and cozy. They even provided for beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, loads of beach towels, and even a cart, to easily wheel those items across to the beach via their private beach access walkway. We also liked the fact that we were in a secure building located in the Vanderbilt Beach area of North Naples, and were close to great restaurants, shopping, movies and cultural activities. The owners did provide us with a list of recommended restaurants and activities, of which The Turtle Club and the Naples Philharmonic were our favorites!!! We will definitely return to this condo next year to relax and explore more of Naples. Thanks so much Lisa and John for renting your condo to us!

Fantastic!!

Everything lived up to expectations. Nice and roomy condo with a coastal view close to the beach. Besides the clean condo we loved the spacious pool in back. The owner Lisa was always in touch with us which was comforting too. We hope to go back next year too! Fantastic place and owner!

Felt like home!

Lisa is a tremendous host! The appartment is fully equiped, cozy, clean and just 2 minutes walk from the beach. We had everything for our kids (3y/o and 8y/o). I strongly recommend it!! Loved Naples. So many fun things to do. I will definetly come back soon. Thanks Lisa for your hospitality.

We have been original owners and loving caretakers of Condo #703-A at Vanderbilt Landings in Vanderbilt Beach/Naples since 1989. We purchased the condo with our parents as a “second home” that would serve as a beautiful getaway location for our family to meet on vacations or for special occasions as our family is spread throughout various locations across the country. We still frequently visit our vacation “home” and we keep it in excellent shape for our own enjoyment and that of renters. We now have had four generations of family and friends enjoy staying at our “home-away-from-home” and look forward to spending many more good times there!

We want people to be able to enjoy our property as much as possible so we provide affordable rates. You can always contact Lisa with any questions or concerns. Why they chose this property

We specifically chose this condo because of its amazing location across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, our condo’s beautiful Gulf view, and the lovely heated pool area and TIKI Hut (with gas grills) picnic area that border the bay behind the condo. We love waking up early and having breakfast at the table on the lanai which overlooks Delnor-Wiggins State Park and the Gulf and taking a walk to the nearby La Playa Hotel to pick up a paper, have a cup of coffee, and check out the scenery. Later in the day, we often head outside to swim laps at the pool, read a book at the pool or beach, or walk along the Gulf shoreline searching for seashells and trying to spot the dolphins that come within eyesight of the coast. At sunset, we frequently walk back across the street-with some refreshments- to sample the beautiful sunsets for which the West Coast of Florida is renowned. The condo is within a 10 minute drive of the new Mercato Shopping Plaza Center and Waterside Shops, both of which are well-known for their “high-end” shopping and restaurant venues. For those of you looking for some “culture” or entertainment while on vacation, our condo is also close by to the Naples Philharmonic Center for the Arts, which offers museum tours, classical symphony performances, Broadway shows, Jazz performances, etc. throughout the year.

What makes this property unique

In addition to its amazing location and beautiful view of the Gulf, our condo is uniquely “couple” and family-friendly – whether your planned trip is a “solo getaway” for you and a spouse or significant other, a family gathering with all of the kids (or grandkids!), or a restful get-together with good friends. The condo has two bedrooms plus a den with sleeping accommodations. We have one King size bed, two Twin size beds, one queen pull-out couch in the living room and one full pull-out couch in a den. We recently updated the condo with new flooring and new paint throughout all the rooms, new lighting in the kitchen, updated appliances, refinished cabinets, a new master bath vanity with double sinks, new second bathroom vanity and flooring, new mattresses in both bedrooms, new Pottery Barn linens and pillows on the beds and sofas, and new towels and rugs in both bathrooms. Our condo is baby/child-ready; equipped with a pack ‘n play (including a newborn sleeper) and a high-chair. Finally, we have stocked the condo with all beach and pool essentials that you and your family will need to enjoy the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach/Naples weather. We have lots of beach towels, some beach chairs, cups to fill with your favorite cold beverage and even a “Wonder Wheeler,” a rolling cart on which you can stack your beach chairs and stock with all your goods and easily roll over to the beach just across the street via our condo’s paved, private beach access pathway.
We hope that you love our condo as much as we do and that you (like many of our 'repeat' renters) decide to make our condo your own “home-away-from-home” year after year.
