Located on the 5th floor of an early 20th-century building, with exceptionally bright spaces thanks to the beautiful skylights, the apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom features both a shower and a jacuzzi tub.
The atmosphere is that of a romantic retreat where modern architecture meets the natural beauty of light, creating the perfect place to relax.
The apartment is located on one of the city’s high streets, which marks the border of the Historic Centre and connects the sea to the oldest part of the city, crossing the large square in front of the central station. Around the apartment, you’ll find all kinds of businesses: food, clothing, pharmacies, and artisanal shops. The area is a blend of modernity and tradition, where residents and people of all nationalities live together in harmony.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Towels and bedding are provided upon arrival.
Free Wi-Fi (FTTH fibre technology).
Only one set of keys will be provided, regardless of the number of guests.

The apartment is not suitable for older adults or people with limited mobility.
Fresh sheets and towels are provided upon arrival and are not replaced during the stay.
Air conditioning and heating are provided by the split-system units located in the living room and in all bedrooms. To use the air conditioner, heater, and electronic devices, a key must be inserted. Regardless of the number of guests, only one set of keys is provided.
An extra charge of 20€ will be applied for late check-in after 7:00 p.m. (30€ after midnight). Any late check-in must be communicated and confirmed at least 78 hours before check-in. I hope you understand that after this deadline, I cannot accept any requests for late check-in.
I always assume I’m dealing with couples who will sleep together in double beds. If you need to sleep in separate beds or rooms, please be kind enough to let me know—at least 48 hours before check-in—which arrangement you prefer.
