Enjoy peace and quiet in the center of Laren, a lush and luxurious village located near Amsterdam (30 km) and Utrecht (25 km). The "Gooisch Natuurreservaat" nature reserve is just around the corner (a 10-minute walk). Park your car(s) on the property. Three bedrooms and a luxury bathroom are located on the upper floor, while a fourth bedroom with a private bathroom is located in the garden house. Downstairs, you’ll find a large double living room with a home theater system and a new kitchen. Fitness equipment is available in the garage. The spacious garden and terrace are home to plenty of birds and squirrels.

Excellent property. Very comfortable and practical house! We had everything we needed and the kitchen and appliances are very modern and useful. Communication with owners was very simple. We really enjoyed our stay!
