Property manager was very communicative. Apartment was as advertised. Just be aware of street noise at night due to its location.

Our stay was only for one night, but it was great. Spacious, centrally located, and was just what we were looking for. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.
This was the start of our two week vacation in Italy and Greece and it was not a great start. Our stay would have been so much better if the AC would have worked (we had no AC for the two nights we stayed there) and the communication with the host could have been much better. The host was late in responding multiple times, especially when it came to the AC not working and when we asked for a partial refund. The host did give a very small refund relative to the overall amount we spent. It was miserable sleeping in the apartment in July especially when we were spending the day doing outdoor activities in July in 90 degree F weather. Had the communication been better and the AC’s in working condition this would have been a 5 star rating.
I booked this Corso Como apartment 19-28 June 2026. Before booking I contacted host CleanBnB to confirm air conditioning was included and received their reply that two AC units were in the apartment (apt). However we had no air conditioning for our entire stay. CleanBnB and the local woman who took us into the apartment almost never replied to our requests for help. CleanBnB offered a fan, someone brought it and entered the apartment without knocking, while we were in different rooms, then quickly exited and left the door open. The next day we received a request for the owner to enter and take papers pertaining to the boiler system. The owner should have been able to notice the AC was not working. Still no help with the AC and the hosts stopped communicating. At one time the interior temperature reached 30 C (87 F)! Opening windows gave no relief and only let in mosquitoes. I reached out to VRBO Care and they too had similar communication problems with the hosts. I have rented several places throughout Europe over many years and this was the worst experience. I strongly urge everyone who considers renting from CleanBnB or Guest Host to seek other accommodations.
Nice large apartment in bustling neighborhood. You enter from a pedestrian street that is full of bars and restaurants and supposedly night clubs but we were never up that late. Thankfully its set back a few courtyards so windows face another, quieter block. Bedroom windows are reinforced for sound but you can hear the trolley and partiers from the living room late at night sometimes. There was a strange odor from one bathroom.. Either gaseous or old pipes. I wrote to the owner but never heard back about that. So we just kept that door closed.Water pressure in the shower is fine but the temperature changed fairly frequently. Assuming its an old water heater. No blackout shades in the second bedroom but closing the shutters did the trick. All in all, great neighborhood to stay in with easy access to trains in a very walkable city. Would stay here again.
This property was in a great location, with lots of restaurants and shops, plus a large grocery nearby. The apartment was very quiet, and clean ... exactly as pictured. I would consider staying here again.
