If location, location, location is your priority then this is the place! Walk out the glass doors and you're on the beach. All you need here for a great stay. I wouldn't say Pevensey Bay itself is the most picturesque village but you're not far from beautiful locations and as far as the house goes we couldn't fault it. Would recommend the Castle Inn for good food and a friendly, unpretentious vibe.
