The pathway and door were thoroughly cleaned on the morning of arrival but we then had a down poor which bought all of the dry dirt down from the roof and the neighbours roof which had accumulated over the very dry summer we have experienced here in the UK this year. As soon as the complaint came through we offered to send the cleaning manager back to rectify the issue that had occurred that afternoon after the morning cleaning but we were told not to worry. The house gets lots of use over the summer period as it’s extremely popular and every year has a complete overhaul. The middle of Aug is not the time to be painting marks on walls. I’m pleased you appreciated the amazing view and location of this beautiful holiday home.
