Overall a brilliant property location wise; literally a short stroll to the beach & pier. Loads of restaurants, cafes, pubs plus a Co-op just around the corner.Parking is a nightmare, but there are a few spaces in nearby streets where you don't need a permit. The property was clean, with comfortable bedrooms and ample bedding & towels supplied.Wi-fi connection was a bit dodgey, but there were 6 of us all using internet at the same time. Not really 2 bathrooms; the second was more of a shower cupboard. The fact that there were toilet rolls plus tea & coffee items available on arrival was also very welcome. Plenty of cupboard & wardrobe space with hangers also. Overall definitely great value for the price with all of us having a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Good location, parking difficult as expected from Brighton on a weekend. Found the pillows particularly uncomfortable, very hard and bulky, definitely need changing, beds comfortable. Upstairs shower is tiny, no room to manoeuvre, need shower shelf for toiletries as difficult to access on the floor due to size. Need hook on door for towels/clothes. Everything needed in kitchen, tea, coffee, sugar but perhaps condiments could be supplied for breakfast. Front door lock was difficult to open, took a lot of jiggling!
