Church Street is situated in the heart of Brighton. You will get the Brighton vibe staying here the moment you step outside. Shops start in minutes of walking in most directions from the house it's that central. It's in the heart of the lanes and is just 3 mins walk from the station. It's situated near the Brighthelm city park, which regularly has live music events and weekly street food stalls. A short walk down the road to the seafront, cinemas Brighton main shopping precinct and walking distance to everywhere you need.
Theaters on the road near the Pavillion give you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the entertainment of the night and all the bars are restaurants you could want just a minute down the road. The location of this property is the best you can get in Brighton. The Earth and Stars opposite is a pub which was voted in 2018 as best pub food in Brighton and has won plenty of awards, so be sure to book your Sunday roast in advance. They have an extensive vegetarian and vegan menu to.

Highly recommend
Check in process was really easy, we had to come a bit earlier and were able to leave our bags whilst cleaning of property continued. The house was exactly as described, right in the centre of Brighton and easy to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Brighton!

Central Brighton
Property was very clean and had all equipment required. The property is very central and you can walk to all tourist attractions very easily and easy walk from the train station. However, being so central meant it was very noisy during the night. Our only disappointment with the property was the second bathroom - it is the size of a cloakroom with a shower head in the ceiling, with a very small sink. We only tried it once, as we were afraid the water would come out of the door onto the landing, the water also took a long time to get hot. But the four of us managed ok with the other excellent bathroom.

Great place to stay
Superb house in a fantastic location. Super easy to get access to all the attractions/ amenities. Despite its central location the pub opposite didn't bother us either. House had absolutely everything we needed and more, would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a comfortable house in a brilliant spot for central Brighton.

I love Sunny Side house for its truly amazing location and it's fitted with top-end end luxury fittings and bedding, amenities and fully equipped to make your stay truly special. Why they chose this property

Why this property? Well, firstly the location is the best you can get. The house is in the heart of the heart of the city. Also if you are looking for something, that next grade up from the usual stay, that has all the mod cons and latest furniture, bathrooms, kitchens, comfy breathable memory foam mattresses throughout the property, Egyptian cotton sheets on the beds, and fluffy towel for your comfort. Your stay will not only be comfortable but luxurious too. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for a complete dinner party to just chilling with a cappuccino at the breakfast bar.

What makes this property unique

2 Bathroom to cover all 8 guests that makes it super comfy.
Modern brand new kitchen with all the appliances you need, including a dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, microwave and latest oven with sliding door disappearing door.
There is a memory foam based sofa bed for the 8th person that can spread out in comfort. BT broadband and full BT TV .
There is a rooftop balcony, with 2 swing chairs, if you want to take in the sun, or a courtyard area to smoke and chat on a balmy night. However, this is a residential part of the road and so being polite to the neighbours is requested with regard to noise levels.
