In de zomer zal dit een heel fijn huis zijn. Echter, in maart is het koud in huis met alleen een elektrisch kacheltje voor de kamer. De slaapkamer beneden is voorzien van een goed werkende aircoheater. Het buitenterras kun je rondom afschermen tegen de wind, waardoor je daar gauw in het zonnetje kunt zitten.
