-Parking Rules: Renters are allowed 2 designated parking spaces at the condo. No trailers, boats, or RV`s allowed to be parked at the condo.

-No Pets allowed

-Take Trash to dumpsters. Do not put trash outside (critters will get into it.)

-Occupancy limit 8

-Be respectful of neighbors (quiet time 10pm-8am)

-No outdoor gas or coal BBQ`s allowed

-No Loud or obnoxious behavior allowed

-No littering

Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street. Overflow parking for additional vehicles or trailers.
