This condo is on the ground level near the outdoor pool and spa, walk out the back patio to large grassy commons area and view of Bear lake. Access to Seasonal pool and Tennis courts, close to Bear lake, shops and restaurants and more.
Sorry no pets allowed.

The use of up to two parking spaces is allowed for this condo. Parking spaces are on a first come first serve basis. If you have more than two vehicles or bring a trailer, you must find somewhere else to park, such as paid parking lots in the area.

Fantastic for Small Family

Stayed for 2 nights. We loved the pool, and the proximity to the Adventure Park and North Beach. There was a TV w/ streaming options (for you to sign into) in both bedsrooms and the living room! Very cute, spacious, and convenient. Would love to stay here again. We had a great birthday weekend!

The only things that were a little concerning was the back door did not lock with the exception of the piece of wood you slid into the track and then the master bedroom window would not lock. May it goes without saying, but we were caught off guard that the window was wide open on the front where the kids bedrooms are located. Had we not closed the blinds we would have not had any idea. Given the location of the kids beds and being close to the front it was a little concerning. Not trying to be overly picky, but just a small comment. People complain about shower pressure being weak, but this was not the case in either shower. The shower heads were almost too forceful especially for my kids and made it difficult to shower. Overall, the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay. They were great and responded quickly to questions and issues.
